"The hotel is the white house shown in the first picture. The room was quite small, but the breakfast was decent and pretty abundant. It's located in the middle of town, close to the church. "The location is excellent, very close to Zermatt station, and having a supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was well-equipped with a fridge and a hairdryer, with ample space to spread out our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, setting us up for a great start to the day. They even have a jacuzzi – I really regretted not bringing a swimsuit! As it was raining, we made good use of their transfer service to the station, and we were so pleased with their friendly and accommodating welcome."

"I stayed for 3 days in this small, car-free town, and this was by far my favorite hotel in Switzerland. It's close to Zermatt station, and while the breakfast options weren't extensive, they were delicious. There's a little path behind the hotel that leads up to see the black-nosed sheep, which was a nice bonus! I'd definitely stay here again."

"The resort has a brand new feel overall. It's super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk, which makes getting to the Matterhorn really convenient. Plus, it's closer to the viewpoint than other hotels. The room had a very cozy vibe. However, I wouldn't stay here again, and here's why: 1) There's no hot water during peak shower times in the evening, so I had to wait until morning to shower, and I felt sticky and uncomfortable all night. 2) The Matterhorn view was obstructed by two trees, and I don't think rooms with obstructed views should be sold at the same price as those with an unobstructed view."

On the way to hotel from zermatt station if you follow the google map, it gonna lead u to hard way, very high upslope hill. it will be better if hotel provide u the easy path way to hotel."

Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for.
The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences.
I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Our room faced the Matterhorn directly! Absolutely stunning! In the morning, you don't even need to go to a viewpoint to see the 'golden' sunrise on the mountain, and the evening view is just as incredible! This hotel is completely worth it just for the views alone! The service, needless to say, was exceptional and very attentive! Someone was there to pick us up right at the train station when we arrived, and they also dropped us off at check-out, saving us the hassle of dragging our luggage around. The hotel room itself was very new and spacious!

Mooky2537Great location! In front of the station. Only 100 m can walk about 1-2 mins from the station. Very kindly and nice staff and owner. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and large. It feel like home with staff. I recommend you to stay in this hotel. If I come back Zermatt again, I’ll stay this hotel again. I’m in Snow storm disaster in Zermatt on 17th-19th April 2025. This hotel is our lucky hotel! We ended the bitter wind and rain in Switzerland here and finally saw the Matterhorn! This hotel itself is also great. The interior layout and design are very cleverly using the elements of the Matterhorn. Moreover, we only made a temporary reservation at 6 or 7 last night. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room type. The room is so big and has a large balcony. There are free coffee and tea in the room. Their breakfast is also great. Because I was in a hurry to go up the mountain in the morning, I didn’t take any photos, but the breakfast is very rich, with various fresh fruits such as strawberries and kiwis, freshly fried meats such as bacon and grilled sausages, as well as vegetables such as broccoli and mushrooms, as well as various breads, juices and milk, and even freshly squeezed orange juice. You can also go to the bar and order a cappuccino. In short, you can eat very satisfying! The best thing is that this hotel also has a pick-up service. We originally had to drag the big box to the train station for more than ten minutes, and the small car took us directly there. It took a few minutes and arrived super fast! I promise that I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Zermatt!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

The location is super convenient, 10 minutes walk to the downtown business district, it is also very convenient to go to the train station, too friendly to passengers traveling across countries ～ The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and it is too important to sleep well after a long flight. The staff is warm and professional, the English communication is smooth, and the local travel tips are also intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account Chinese and Western tastes, and even the light meals that the baby can eat. The price is super high, I will choose next time, recommend it to friends who have travel or bring baby needs!

Anonymous UserThe staff were not particularly responsive, and we had an awkward interaction at 8:00 AM when housekeeping knocked rather loudly and seemed annoyed that we were not ready to vacate the room yet. Additionally, when we went down for breakfast at 9:00 AM, most of it had already been cleared away, despite the official notice stating it runs until 10:00 AM. On a positive note, the hotel does offer a convenient perk: just be sure to book their free transit shuttle to/from the train station ahead of time.

Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities.
Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected.
Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.

This hotel in Zermatt is definitely a surprise on the trip. Our group of three made an appointment in early October, because the Swiss price was higher, and the underground triple room was originally booked. I didn't expect the front desk to upgrade the room for us and upgrade to the second floor! Not only is the view very good, the balcony is intuitive to Matterhorn (I didn't see it on the day due to the weather, I saw it after checking out the next day), but the sofa bed has also been laid out and the service is in place. Less than ten minutes walk from the town, there is a supermarket along the way to meet the supply. Breakfast is rich and everything is great! There are hot springs outdoors and indoors. I often see people soaking. Every room in the hotel provides hot spring supplies. It is recommended to stay. Try to choose a regular price room, because the view is really a plus, leaving a good memory for a lifetime.
