"The minimalist design of Xitang Yuanzhu HOTEL is absolutely charming. The predominantly white color scheme gives it a fresh and elegant feel. The hotel's rooftop garden is a photographer's dream, with many unique backdrops perfect for snapping some great photos.
The location is excellent, right within the Xitang scenic area and quite central. Although it's close to the bar street, it's surprisingly quiet, so the soundproofing is pretty good. The rooms are clean and quite spacious.
For families traveling with pets, this place is incredibly accommodating! You can bring your pets, and there's no cleaning fee. The room even has a small patio; while not huge, it's perfect for a little dog to wander around in."

"I cycled to Xitang and chose the voco Hotel. The environment was excellent – clean and tidy, and the service was warm. Delia at the front desk and the concierge were very professional and helped me a lot. The only downsides were some issues with the facilities. First, the sliding door was drafty. Since my room faced a courtyard, it got quite cold at night, and the cold air kept coming in. I contacted engineering, but they couldn't fix it. Housekeeping provided a bath mat to block it, which helped a little. Second, around 1 AM, the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Someone with a weaker immune system could easily catch a cold. I highly recommend they investigate and repair this issue quickly! Overall, I wouldn't highly recommend this hotel; the experience didn't quite match the price point."

"I took my parents on a trip to Xitang for National Day and was very satisfied with the hotel we booked! The commercial district is right downstairs, making it very lively and convenient to Xitang in less than half an hour. The breakfast was also very generous! The value for money was excellent! I highly recommend it! The hotel's amenities were excellent, including the electric toilet and electric curtains, which were unexpected. Most importantly, it was exceptionally clean, with no odors in the room and a very cozy atmosphere. I was very satisfied with my stay!"

"The room layout was a bit odd 🤔. The bathroom was so big it made the room feel small. The room window was strange too... and the air conditioning was incredibly loud, like a wind tunnel. The breakfast service wasn't very efficient. However, overall, it was acceptable, especially since it included two hot spring tickets for 599. The cleanliness could have been better, but the staff were all very friendly, and a special shout-out to the front desk! 👍"

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, and the courtyard was particularly pleasant. There was a tea table under the bamboo grove, providing a place to socialize with friends I met along the way. However, it could get a bit chilly outdoors in winter. The bed was soft, and the bedding was of good quality. The toiletries were all disposable and clean. The service was excellent; luggage and a tour guide were provided. The receptionist's guitar playing was a nice touch. There was a small bar right in front of the accommodation, creating a great atmosphere. I looked forward to meeting fellow travelers each night, sharing stories, and singing together.

GGuest UserBringing your furry friend to Xitang and choosing Pet Island Hotel was absolutely the right decision! This is truly the pinnacle of pet-friendly service; the attentive service throughout the entire trip was incredibly touching.
Before check-in, the butler confirmed your pet's information in advance, and upon arrival, they called out their name. The room was already furnished with a pet bed, toys, and a welcome card – attention to detail was paramount. All guest rooms were made of non-slip, stain-resistant materials, and wet areas were washable, so there was no need to worry about getting them dirty; the cleanliness was superb.
The public areas have a heated pet pool, grooming area, and enclosed lawn, where your pet had a blast. The breakfast was plentiful, including fresh pet food, which your little one devoured. Xitang Ancient Town is just a short walk away, making it perfect for both pet walking and sightseeing.
The staff were all incredibly loving, patient, and enthusiastic with our pets. There were no extra charges throughout the trip, and both of us had a very relaxing stay. Next time I'm in Xitang, I'll definitely stay at Pet Island Hotel again!

Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, including the Chinese restaurant, the organic cafe, and the breakfast spread. The ingredients were fresh, which gave us peace of mind.
Service: The service truly stood out – it was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with staff always going the extra mile. A special mention to the cleaning staff: one housekeeper proactively offered me sanitary pads and brown sugar when she noticed I wasn't feeling well. Another time, during breakfast, the staff kindly helped me carry food to my table while I was holding my child.
Family-Friendly Amenities: There's an indoor Montessori kids' club, which, while not huge, is a nice option. Right across from the hotel is an organic farm; it's perfect for a leisurely walk if the weather permits and has a lovely French chateau ambiance.
Photography: We used the 'Qidu Travel Photography' service. They were very efficient and even gifted us three complimentary photos. We were extremely pleased with the results!

Rangju's room is larger than Liangrang, but I prefer Liangrang in terms of overall hardware and external environment. The water pressure of the shower in the room is very low, and it is not comfortable to take a shower. I have mentioned it. I hope it will be repaired soon.
The shared restaurant and fitness area, the elderly and children had a lot of fun eating and playing. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's toiletries set is very comfortable. I bought a large size set to take home.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great when you come to Xitang! The hotel is right inside the Xitang scenic area, which is very convenient. Compared with other hotels in the scenic area, the price is much more affordable and the cost performance is super high!
The hotel is in Chinese garden style, with antique decoration, small bridges and flowing water, courtyard corridors, and it looks very Jiangnan. The room is very clean, spacious, comfortable bedding, and new bathroom facilities. It is very quiet to sleep at night and will not be disturbed at all.
And the staff service is very good, whether it is checking in or asking questions, they are very patient and enthusiastic, and they can help solve the problem immediately if there is a need. It is really a good choice to come to Xitang to play. Recommended!
