The gym, while compact, was surprisingly well-equipped, and even during peak hours, it wasn't overly crowded, making for a pleasant workout. Overall cleanliness was excellent. I noticed a slight stain on a pillow which was promptly replaced. Later, I accidentally spilled a blueberry drink late at night, and the staff were incredibly responsive in cleaning it up – a major plus! The surroundings were breathtaking, brimming with exquisite design. The central courtyard's pond and pavilion exuded a beautiful traditional Chinese aesthetic. The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, striking the perfect balance throughout our stay. I would definitely love to visit again!"

"The hotel twin room is large, spacious, clean and bright. The bed is large and the pillows are hard and soft to choose from. It is very intimate and I like it very much. The front desk lady was very gentle and meticulous when checking in at the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, downstairs is KFC, Starbucks, and the nearby Wanlian Center is rich in dining and cheap. I will choose it next time."

"The room was very spacious, with two 1.35m beds pushed together. Lying in bed, you could barely find the other person (hahaha). In the evening, I went to the indoor public hot spring, which had many massage jets and was very comfortable. It was a bit cold outside, so I didn't go. The next morning, I soaked in the hot spring on the room's balcony, basking in the sun – it was truly relaxing! However, the dining was quite average. Breakfast was a bit awkward; guests from another hot spring hotel also came to the Four Seasons Hotel's restaurant for breakfast. So, it was very crowded, with lots of elderly people and children, making it very noisy, and the food selection was limited and mediocre. The hot spring buffet dinner for 68 RMB per person was just standard. The hotel's butler service was quite good; they answered all questions and even gave a departure gift, which we enjoyed on our way home."

"Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!"

"I passed by Xitang with my colleagues and came in for a walk and stayed for one night. It was easy to find just a little bit inside the north gate. The lights in the scenic area were turned on shortly after we entered at night. The weather was not too hot yet, so it was suitable for a night tour. The lady at the front desk was very nice and guided us very conveniently. We checked in that evening. Accommodation and parking were free. I have been to Xitang many times and will consider staying there next time. The hotel is in the scenic area and is very convenient for sightseeing."
