Mohe Hotels with Bars

"This is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802."

"The room was very clean, and all the towels were disposable, which was super convenient. The owner saw that our booked room wouldn't accommodate a family of three, so she upgraded us to a better room for free. We arrived very late, and our child was hungry and we hadn't brought any food. Her daughter even gave us a cup of instant noodles – truly a beautiful soul with a kind heart! She was also incredibly warm and hospitable."

"The B&B environment is great. The courtyard is beautifully decorated, perfect for photos, and very clean. The host sister and aunt were both incredibly warm and welcoming, recommending a fantastic Northeastern hotpot restaurant and even picking us up when we arrived in Beiji Village. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They even gave us local fruit and a small gift when we checked out. A truly wonderful B&B experience!"

"The facilities in the winery are relatively old. There is no wardrobe in the room, only a clothes hanger, but there is a wall of wine bottle display cabinets 😅; the TV is very small and can't be watched; the Arctic Village splashing water into ice is ten yuan per time in the park, and the hotel does not provide hot water and splashing scoops. This is really not as good as Beihong Village; I asked, and the boss said that I could boil water to play, but there were no tools; in fact, I just wanted to compare and ask, the homestay owners in Beihong Village are more simple and kind."

"The hotel is located on Mokou Old Street. The owner has developed a comprehensive mixed-use complex encompassing lodging, dining, entertainment, and tourism, complete with a Mohe County Yamen, a food street, and various bars. It's set for a grand opening soon. The overall planning and design are quite impressive; it's clear the owner has invested heavily and put in a great deal of effort. However, the attention to detail is severely lacking. For instance, the shower stall was leaking. While they advertise a laundry room, there was no detergent, and the room itself was tucked away in an obscure corner, piled high with the hotel's soiled linens – a stark contrast to the well-maintained laundry facilities at chain hotels like Atour or Hanting. The service staff appeared undertrained. At breakfast, the plates were wet, and there wasn't much appealing food available. I took two eggs, but a staff member immediately stopped me, stating only one egg per person. This kind of restriction is frankly unacceptable for a hotel priced at over 400 RMB. For lunch, I ordered the 'Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms' and found it to be predominantly chicken necks. To top it off, there were flies buzzing around in the dining area. I truly hope the owner dedicates more effort to improving service quality, beyond just the significant investment in hardware. I had originally planned to stay for several more days, but the poor service truly put me off. I ended up checking out after just one night."

"Extremely satisfied. Everything at the hotel was new and clean. Most importantly, the owner and her husband were incredibly kind. They picked us up and dropped us off whenever we wanted while we were wandering around the village; they were so patient! Also, the owner's cooking of Northeastern Chinese dishes was absolutely authentic and delicious. Don't ask me why there are no pictures; the eight of us ate like wolves, finishing every dish as soon as it was served. We couldn't wait to take photos! We had seven or eight dishes, and every single one was completely devoured. It probably changed the owner's perception of how much Southern potatoes can eat. Highly recommended! Everyone should stay here. The owner even helped us negotiate prices for many of the activities we did. It was truly amazing! Everyone is welcome to stay here!"
