However, we found a few small bugs on my son's bed, possibly because we opened the window, which made me restless all night, constantly feeling like there were bugs in the bed. The customer service lady was very good; she immediately offered to change our room. But when checking out, the front desk didn't believe us about the bugs and even suggested we had opened the window, which left a bad taste in our mouths. Overall, it was decent and good value for money."

The lobby's design blends modern and Eastern aesthetics, creating a striking atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lush greenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft, the amenities are comprehensive, and the attention to detail demonstrates quality. I particularly loved the outdoor hot spring, which blends seamlessly with the natural landscape and is truly relaxing. The staff were enthusiastic, professional, and responsive. The butler-like service provided by the beautiful Xiaoyu was attentive and responsive, which was incredibly satisfying. I visited almost all the attractions she recommended, which was a delight. I also loved the unique hotel bead necklace Xiaoyu presented upon check-in. The Chinese restaurant serves exquisite Cantonese cuisine, especially the local specialties, which were truly memorable. The lobby bar manager was welcoming and even offered complimentary vanilla ice cream. During my free time, I enjoyed strolling through the hotel gardens, listening to the breeze and admiring the ocean, enjoying the tranquility of a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Angsana is the ideal choice for a relaxing getaway and is highly recommended for travelers who value quality and a natural experience."

"This is a villa-style hotel located very close to the Guanyin Buddhist Complex. They offer electric scooters for rent right at the entrance, perfect for a leisurely ride to unwind. Free parking is also available. The friendly front desk staff proactively reaches out to guests in advance to arrange airport transfers if needed. The kitchen here is fully equipped; if you enjoy cooking, you can easily prepare your own meals – just bring your own seasonings, as all other cooking utensils and equipment are provided! There's also a multi-functional hall, which is a great bonus. Upon our arrival, the air conditioning in our room was already on, making it wonderfully cool. The room itself was very neat and tidy, and the complimentary toiletries kit was well-stocked. Right across the road, there are several seafood restaurants, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was also excellent; the millet porridge was thick and creamy, and the pickled vegetables were surprisingly tasty! Overall, this guesthouse offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely choose to stay here again."

"The hotel service was excellent. The butlers proactively contacted me and set up a group chat, and every inquiry I had was promptly answered. There's a dedicated hotel shuttle (a Coaster bus) at the pier for transfers. Upon arrival, Butler Haixia and other staff immediately offered tea and coffee, asked about our travel plans, and then helped us plan our itinerary accordingly. They escorted us to our rooms, carried our luggage, and were very patient. The hotel's location is also superb. The rooms, thoughtfully designed by an interior decorator, offer stunning sea views directly from the window, making for a wonderful stay. On the first floor, there's a coffee shop, and right next to it is the Yuanzhiyuanwei restaurant, which makes dining very convenient. From the hotel, a left turn up the hill leads directly to the Nanhai Guanyin.
