"Extremely satisfied, far exceeding my expectations! I'm quite particular about accommodation quality, and after a long search among many five-star hotels, I finally chose Banyan Tree's Angsana. It's spacious and very quiet. As a hotel that's only been open for a year, the facilities are brand new and comprehensive, able to meet every need. During our two-day stay, despite the rainy and cool weather, our room was warm and dry. We could even dry our clothes, keeping everything from feeling damp. The hotel also offers a rich variety of recreational activities; transcribing scriptures with my mom was a very calming experience. What deserves the most praise, however, is the hotel staff. The front desk service was meticulous and gentle, arranging a shuttle to take us to the activity room. The concierge also opened car doors and guided us upon arrival and departure. Oh, and the hawthorn tea at the front desk was delicious – I drank several cups, couldn't stop! Thumbs up, full marks!"

"Don't be fooled by the name 'resort village,' it's more like a guesthouse with a nice environment. We went there with our kids during the May Day holiday. I didn't pay close attention and thought it was a hotel with plenty of public areas. In reality, it's located in a villa complex, basically a collection of villas. The decor is like an all-season style, and while the price is usually around two to three hundred, it shot up to almost a thousand during May Day. We stayed for two nights. It's newly renovated, so the facilities are quite new, and it's very clean. They offer one-on-one butler service, and they respond quickly if you need anything delivered. The breakfast is pretty standard, but then again, many hotels in Zhoushan don't even offer breakfast."

The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. Driving from Shanghai for 4 hours directly to Zhoushan Pelican Hotel, this parent-child trip is simply worth it! Before departure, I mentioned the child’s birthday to the housekeeper Wu Juan, and she was very considerate to reserve a super dreamy hot air balloon theme room for us~ When we arrived at 11:30 late at night, the spacious room with a living room instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The next morning, the child could still do homework quietly on the round table, which did not delay the learning progress at all. It is very friendly to families with school-age children!
On my daughter’s birthday, after communicating with the housekeeper Juan, my daughter wanted a room with a bathtub, and paid the difference to upgrade the tree house luxury suite~ The design of two bedrooms + small living room, the family of four lives very comfortably! I bought birthday decorations online in advance and asked the housekeeper to help decorate. When I came back from the Ocean World, the room had turned into a super romantic birthday party scene! "Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment is beautiful and spotless, and the service is truly exceptional. A day or two before check-in, staff called to set up a chat group for easy communication regarding future services. The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service to and from the pier. The driver was waiting for us in advance at the pier, sent us their location, and even provided detailed photos for directions. They helped with our luggage the entire way – so thoughtful! Breakfast is à la carte, and the hotel also offers lunch and dinner reservations. The ingredients are fresh, and the taste is really excellent!"

"Every year, I come to Putuo Mountain to burn incense and I must stay at this hotel. The transportation is convenient to the pier. The hotel also has a special car terminal to pick up and drop off guests. This time I upgraded the room for free, the bed was large and the living was very comfortable. The boss and his family are very kind! The food is delicious. This is my first time in Goji B&B, so I don't know what other hotels are like, but the room facilities are ok. Maybe it’s the peak season, the housing prices are touching, and the ones with better environments on the island are not cheap! The advantage is the nice scenery!
The water in Longquan Bay is relatively clean, but there is too much garbage on the beach. It may be because it is free, but I still hope that the village can improve the environmental sanitation of Longquan Beach!
The ticket to the deserted village is 60 yuan, and I personally feel it is not worth the price. It depends on one’s opinion! You can go down to the pier of the deserted village and take a boat to leave. It costs 50 yuan per person. There are about 10 people on a boat. If there are too many people, you will have to wait a long time!
Overall, I feel that the scenery of Goji Island is pretty good!

LLanlinlucyThis guesthouse, perched on a hill, seems to be quite popular with influencers, featuring many Instagrammable photo spots. Both the rooms and the restaurant boast floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, with the rooms directly facing the Rainbow Lighthouse. The restaurant's view is also fantastic; having breakfast with that sea view in the morning is incredibly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the weather on our first day was terrible, with strong winds and heavy rain, which completely dampened my enthusiasm for taking photos. I imagine it would be amazing to visit in the summer! The in-room amenities were a bit lacking; perhaps to maintain a stylish look, there weren't many power outlets. However, the service attitude was absolutely superb—they were always ready to help. They even gave plenty of advice to us fishing novices who were enthusiastic but unskilled. I must also mention the free pick-up and drop-off service, which saved us a good amount of money, considering that taxi fares on Shengshan and Gouqi Islands can be quite expensive. The recommended driver was also very nice. I'd definitely come back in the summer just for this level of service!

HHAJI AbdessalamThe room itself was very beautiful, with a big window facing the sea, the view was definitely the highlight of our stay. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll enjoy it.
However, there were some downsides. The swimming pool shown in the pictures is not suitable for swimming, it’s very small and mainly for small kids, which was disappointing. The breakfast was also very basic; there were no choices, just a fixed plate! Communication was a bit difficult as the host didn’t speak English, and the check-in process was uncomfortable — she took many pictures of our passports and even asked us to help fill in the details.
Overall, the view and the room are great, but don’t expect much from the facilities or breakfast.

SShengsibujueLocated in the Daqingshan Scenic Area, facing Qingsha Beach (you can walk directly from Qingsha to Lisha at low tide), and backed by Daqingshan Mountain, the guesthouse boasts a picturesque setting. The guesthouse has its own large plot of land; after driving through the fence, there's a spacious lawn, followed by multi-story buildings (with elevators) arranged along the road. The lobby is on the first floor, the restaurant on the second, and the sea-view rooms are on the third floor, each with its own terrace offering unobstructed sea views. At night, the gentle white noise of the waves lapping against the shore through the windows makes for a very comfortable sleep. In addition, there's a large public terrace on the third floor with several swimming pools. My Golden Retriever (by the way, it's pet-friendly here) fell into the pool, which was covered by a waterproof sheet and undergoing maintenance – sorry (o__)… The manager said the pool water is changed daily, and since the beach was flooded at high tide, I took the opportunity to play in the pool briefly (absolutely no dogs were allowed in!). The decor is clean and inviting, and there are slow-charging stations, making it convenient to recharge at night. The guesthouse has a restaurant, but since it was a weekday during the off-season, lunch and dinner were limited to seafood noodles and fried rice. Since the seafood noodles were quite delicious, we also had breakfast (breakfast was included in the room rate, and you could also choose a congee set meal). The scenery at Daqingshan Mountain is absolutely stunning! Although the entrance fee is 100 yuan, staying inside the mountain meant the entire scenic area was deserted at night! The whole area was occupied by guests!! It's perfect for people who dislike noise!

The main thing is that lunch and dinner in the restaurant need to be resolved as soon as possible. We ordered takeout. Taxis on the island are not cheap. It is recommended to drive to the island. Because of the sudden strong wind, we felt it was not very convenient to take the passenger and vehicle ferry without a car, so we did not drive there. The overall scenery of Sijiao Island is still good. Manager Zhou provided excellent service and solved the problem very well and we were quite satisfied with it.

The hotel is run by young people, enthusiastic and energetic, and the children who live there are very nice. They took us to check in at the first fluorescent sea in 2024.
Except for not seeing the sunrise and sunset in the foggy weather, everything else is good. There are really few tourists now.
The hotel has no breakfast, only drinks. Fortunately, it is very close to the main street of life. You can try the nearby breakfast shops. The prices on the island are about 1.5-2 times that of Shanghai!
The island is under development and renovation recently, and it is expected to be completed in early June.

GGuest UserThe boat back to Shanghai was canceled, so we had to stay overnight. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the pier, new, clean, and well-maintained.
Check-in was quick and efficient. While the staff were not fully familiar with foreign guest registration, they handled it professionally and made an effort to resolve everything smoothly. We booked two rooms, both spacious and well-equipped. Service was responsive, extra towels and slippers arrived almost immediately after we requested them.
Breakfast exceeded expectations, mostly Chinese options, with decent coffee.
Overall, a very solid choice for a spontaneous overnight stay.
