"Facilities: Brand new, quite modern, high-tech, and smart. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and well-arranged. Environment: Beautiful, with a great location. It's right next to Baolong Plaza, making dining and entertainment convenient. There's also a park nearby, perfect for kids to play. Service: Warm and enthusiastic. They had already registered my car plate number before check-in, which was very thoughtful. If I come to Zhoushan for a business trip again, I will definitely choose Universal Hotel."

"Pros: 1. Newly opened, but odor-free. 2. The private hot spring room is very well laid out, with three separate rooms that don't interfere with each other. 3. The hotel staff are very polite in person. Room service is always responsive. After our first day, we returned to the hotel at 10 PM and wanted to use the private hot spring. I noticed some water stains in the pool, worried it wasn't clean, so I asked for it to be disinfected right away. They were very diligent and came, which is a huge credit. 4. The room was equipped with a Toto smart toilet, a Panasonic hair dryer, a capsule coffee machine, and drinking water, including four cans of VOSS and two bottles of Nongfu Spring. If the water wasn't enough, we could refill it with Nongfu Spring. 5. The soup is supposedly real, not boiler water, and it's very slippery after a soak. The outdoor hot spring automatically drains at 10 PM every night and automatically fills in the morning. 6. The travel photography lady who provided the service was very professional. 7. Generous! I asked if we could add breakfast for the children, and they readily agreed. Overall, staying in such a new and established hotel in Zhoushan, a city known for its high prices, was quite good during the summer vacation. However, there are some shortcomings that I would like to mention. In particular, the hospitality was superficial, with more formality than substance. For example: 1. I contacted them the night before check-in and specifically inquired about our check-in staff. I also made it clear that I didn't need children's amenities, as I have teenagers. However, upon check-in, the room still had children's amenities, no men's slippers, and no third bath towel or robe. Considering the phone call the night before, this is unacceptable and should have been avoided. 2. In a similar situation, they called me the night before and left their WeChat number, saying they would add me and provide guidance and assistance. In the end, they didn't even offer to add me until I checked in the next day. It would have been better not to mention this service. 3. I haven't encountered a hotel that requires a deposit in a while. It's no big deal if they do. When I checked out, they said we would return the same day by the same route. The next day, I remembered and checked, but there wasn't any. I asked again, and they refunded it. What if I hadn't forgotten to check? 4. The package includes a complimentary mini bar each day. Upon check-in, I was verbally informed that only four items were free; the rest were charged. After check-in, I discovered there were no signs distinguishing the items that were charged, and I hadn't even remembered the verbal notification. I called room service twice before I finally understood. I asked if the Coke and Sprite in the mini bar could be replaced with sparkling water the next day, and they said they would note it. However, not only was there no replacement, but when I returned home after a day of fun, not a single bottle was refilled, forcing me to order more. Two other drawbacks are worth mentioning. 1. The breakfast had a wide variety, but the taste was lackluster. On the first day, everything we tried was a complete failure, and on the second day, we mostly just had porridge and watermelon. The afternoon tea was similarly beautiful, but not very tasty. 2. The bed was too small. The 1.2-meter bed couldn't be moved. While everything else was very user-friendly, this particular point was hard to understand. Aren't twin beds in hotels of this caliber typically 1.35 meters? Even if you have a 1.2-meter bed, it should be possible to move the beds together. This is something to consider carefully for a family of three."

"This is a villa-style hotel located very close to the Guanyin Buddhist Complex. They offer electric scooters for rent right at the entrance, perfect for a leisurely ride to unwind. Free parking is also available. The friendly front desk staff proactively reaches out to guests in advance to arrange airport transfers if needed. The kitchen here is fully equipped; if you enjoy cooking, you can easily prepare your own meals – just bring your own seasonings, as all other cooking utensils and equipment are provided! There's also a multi-functional hall, which is a great bonus. Upon our arrival, the air conditioning in our room was already on, making it wonderfully cool. The room itself was very neat and tidy, and the complimentary toiletries kit was well-stocked. Right across the road, there are several seafood restaurants, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was also excellent; the millet porridge was thick and creamy, and the pickled vegetables were surprisingly tasty! Overall, this guesthouse offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely choose to stay here again."

"The beachfront location was nice. However, we found a few small bugs on my son's bed, possibly because we opened the window, which made me restless all night, constantly feeling like there were bugs in the bed. The customer service lady was very good; she immediately offered to change our room. But when checking out, the front desk didn't believe us about the bugs and even suggested we had opened the window, which left a bad taste in our mouths. Overall, it was decent and good value for money."

"It may be the first time to write a review for a hotel, but I was really pleasantly surprised. After getting off the hotel shuttle bus, the luggage was directly carried to the front desk by the staff. When checking in, the service at the front desk was warm. I would like to thank Xia Xiaowang here for his patience in communicating with me and for helping to change rooms for free. The location of the hotel is not far from Putuoshan Airport and the pier, and there is a shuttle service, about a few minutes' drive. There are gardens, outlets and bookstores nearby, and there are many options for eating. Both leisure and in the business district, in short, it is a very good choice for traveling or transiting in Zhoushan."

"The room is large and there is a terrace that is quite good. The housekeepers here are very young and have a good attitude. They help me with my luggage and can respond to any needs in time. It is very close to the pier of Putuo Mountain. It takes a few minutes to take a taxi. It is very convenient to go there the next morning. The environment and sanitation are all good. Come back next year."

"The suite was spacious, with a sofa over 2 meters long that could be used as a sleeping area. It was a true sea-view room, right next to a seafood market; you could see people busily loading and unloading seafood. Of course, this also meant the room had a slight fishy smell, but it became tolerable after a while. The only downsides were the living room air conditioning, which wasn't very effective; it didn't cool things down much even after running for a long time, and the tables weren't very clean either. We had to clean them all ourselves after our check-in. The room's air conditioning, however, was fine. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was decent, and the cakes were delicious. When we got home and discovered my car had been scratched, they patiently helped me contact the property management parking lot. At 299 for the package, what more could you ask for?"
