"The hotel's location is great, very close to the ferry terminal, about a 10-yuan taxi ride. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. They were always responsive and met our every request promptly. Although the hotel has been open for less than a year, and the breakfast service can feel a bit overwhelmed when it's busy, everything takes time to perfect, and you can really see how much effort everyone is putting in. On our last day, our return flight was delayed repeatedly, and the entire hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to check out for free at 10 PM! From noon until late evening, they essentially covered the cost of our airline's mistakes, and more importantly, ensured my family was as comfortable and rested as possible during that long, unreliable wait.
