"The view of the sea and Zhujiajian Bridge was stunning, especially on a sunny afternoon when we arrived. We were also allowed to bring our dog. The female owner was very welcoming, and the underground parking wasn't as inconvenient as some reviews suggested. It's located at the main entrance between buildings 3 and 4, leading directly to building 4. There are signs, although there are only a few spaces available. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room this season. Although it was November, the humidity meant the windows could only be opened slightly, making the room stuffy and sweaty due to condensation. Everything else was great."

"I chose the right hotel for my trip to Zhoushan this time. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich with a wide variety of options. The executive lounge, in particular, has a wonderful ambiance. They even offered a complimentary cocktail and coffee. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit."

"We loved the customer service. Due to gale warning, we arrived a day early. The hotel got a shuttle service to and from Ferry/airport. We arrived late and the weather wasn't the greatest, but the owner were willing to drive us to get food and offer to pickup. After a long day of rushing from one island to another, we much needed a foot massage. Due to the bad weather, the owner was so nice to offer to drive us to a massage parlor and pick us up after. This is some excellent service you don't see often. The hotel doesn't have elevator, but it's not really an issue for us. The rooms were clean and neat. I could see the temple from my room. This place is in a community, but not far from alot of places. It's walking distance to rent a moped, If you could ride a moped, I 100% recommend it. You could use Wechat/Alipay to rent it. We rent it to ride everywhere. It's very safe. I would definitely book with them again and recommend this place to stay if you are planning to visit the island."

"My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room upon check in. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Rose and 阿真 for helping to book the taxi from hotel to ferry wharf using their DiDi app. I was facing issues with the app at that time. Though the hotel does provide complimentary transport to the ferry wharf but it is only 1 fixed schedule which is at 8am and is on a first come first serve basis. It was fully booked on the day we wanted to go to the wharf."

"This is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in. They provide breakfast, including a bowl of plain noodles and some side dishes. Upon check-in, you receive disposable toiletries. The room is almost identical to the pictures – very clean and tidy. The kettle and hairdryer aren't cheap brands, and the shower gel and conditioner smell lovely. The guesthouse owns several villas; check-in and breakfast are in a separate building. Parking within the complex isn't too tight. They offer a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to/from Putuoshan Airport/Wugongzhi Pier once on check-in day and once on check-out day. The business van has a blue wrap. The only surprise was that our driver was a lovely, gentle woman wearing a straw hat."

"The hotel environment is very good, the scenery is also nice, the front desk Xiao Zhang's service is thoughtful, the room card was accidentally lost and he took the initiative to help solve the problem, the hotel parking is convenient, very satisfied"

"When I was checking out this morning and came down the stairs, David Wang, the lobby manager, immediately offered to help with my luggage and asked how everything was. He was very friendly and approachable, which was great! 👍 He even recognized my stored items right away when I came back to pick them up, which made me feel incredibly welcome. It really shows that the hotel is well-managed and everyone is passionate about their work! 👏"

"Newly opened, the surrounding facilities have not kept up You need to drive out for dinner The hotel pool is very professional and should be contracted for third party management The children's playground on the first floor is not big but the discharge is enough Some small details in the room have not kept up For example, the hotel does not provide bags, and may not have purchased them yet. The toothbrush in the room personally feels uncomfortable, I prefer the wide head. Children's toiletries and slippers are not provided at check-in"

The rooms were new, spacious, bright, and offered great views. They were very clean, and the bedding was spotless, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would definitely choose this hotel again! "Completely exceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly clean and very close to the pier. Honestly, I was surprised the moment I walked in; it was so clean and spacious. There's a courtyard downstairs where you can sit, chat, eat, and have tea. On the first floor, there's a coffee shop and a small bar. It truly went above and beyond what I expected. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"
