"I really have to praise the environment of this hotel! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, yet it's not noisy. The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. The interior design style is perfectly to my taste, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the cleanliness is exceptionally thorough – not a speck of dust even in the corners. The view from the window is also lovely, with an expansive vista that really brightens your mood in the morning. The hotel's public areas are also very tidy; the elevators and stairwells are spotless. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The hotel interior is very new, with a high-end and atmospheric decor, making it an excellent choice for a family resort. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was quite spacious with an elegant and simple design. The bathtub came with disposable bath liners, and they were replenished automatically the next day. The bedding was clean and didn't feel damp despite being by the sea. A minor drawback was the lack of tissues in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Also, during cleaning, a hairball from the drain was left in a corner. The room was also a bit warm, as the air conditioning wasn't yet available during our stay. We went on a rainy weekend, but the amusement park still prepared many interactive mini-games and auction activities for guests in the evening. Although the large outdoor facilities weren't open, we had a lot of fun indoors. The water park was a bit smaller than expected, but the kids still had a great time. They even gave us ramen vouchers at night for a self-service ramen machine, which was a novel experience. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and there was even a dedicated butler service. Overall, the rating is very good. We come to Zhoushan every year, and this was the best overall stay experience. Oh, and the complimentary travel photography exceeded our expectations!"

"This is a newly opened, trendy sea-view guesthouse in Zhujiajian, Putuo. Perched on a cliffside along Zhangzhou Road, it leverages Zhoushan Putuo's island tourism resources to create a sea-view accommodation that combines leisure, relaxation, and family fun, making it a new hotspot in Zhujiajian. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms are the main highlight. You can gaze out at the azure sea and green mountains right from your bed, watching boats slowly sail across the water. In the evening, the sunset paints the sea in a warm orange hue, creating a lovely ambiance. The ancient ship installation in the lobby echoes the island theme, and the public areas are open and spacious, perfect for capturing that island vacation vibe in every photo."

"The first time I went to Zhoushan, I chose this homestay. How to say it, I can lie down and watch the sunrise every day. This feels like I can experience it myself. The room will be cleaned and replaced every day. It is the first time I have encountered such a diligent homestay. I like it! Downstairs is the seafood restaurant. I must eat my Zhoushan canteen every day. The taste is very good and highly recommended! The only downside is that the sound insulation effect is not good, but this does not affect my love for their home! I will come again!"

The evening happy hour was even more delightful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, and beverages. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, easily satisfying all my dining needs. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level. In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant. This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends seeking quality accommodation."

"The experience of staying at Zhoushan Berna Hotel is so pleasant! From the moment I entered the door, Miss Taozi at the front desk was full of smiles. She checked in quickly and considerately, and took the initiative to inform me of the surrounding tour routes. The room aunt cleaned the room spotlessly every day. Seeing that we brought our children, she also gave us extra dolls, which was very heartwarming. The hotel hardware is also impeccable. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. "This wasn't my first time in Zhoushan, but it was my first time staying at the Silk Road. I was incredibly satisfied, and especially grateful to the Silk Road staff, including Xiaolu at the Silk Road front desk and Wang Lin and Zhang Mingju at the Haitiantai. We booked a family room this time, which had high ceilings and was very comfortable. The only downside was that there wasn't much to sit on besides the bed. The chair was a little uncomfortable, but it would have been perfect if there were two comfortable single sofas. The dinner buffet was also very good, with a wide variety, so even if you didn't like something, you could find something else. The price of 198 is not bad, and children are free if you spend 120 or less. We also received complimentary hot spring tickets to the Haitiantai. Every staff member was proactive and enthusiastic. No matter what the problem was, they would first comfort us and then resolve it. After two days, I switched to Kaiyuan Senbo for my children's playtime. I regret it now; the Silk Road was my only choice. Facilities: There was less room for children to play. Cleanliness: The lobby seemed cleaned regularly. I wiped the table outside with a wet wipe, and it wasn't stained at all, indicating it had been cleaned recently. Service: Most of the staff were excellent. Dongsha Scenic Area Tour: Very convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning. Warm hot spring tickets for two: Excellent."

"Very good hotel ! Excellent sea view, nice and cozy room with comfortable beds, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was quality and tasty. Also we like territory with hot springs, especially swimming pool with ideal temperature- it was so relaxing! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel so much, thank you😊only one little minus - the window in the room could be more clean."

"The rooms are very spacious, approximately 50-60 square meters, with balconies of nearly 15 square meters. They offer stunning ocean views, perfect for watching the sunset. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Across from the hotel is a food court, where singers entertain guests at night. The hotel is 3 to 6 kilometers from the Dongsha and Nansha scenic areas, as well as Wushitang Village, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There's also a nearly 2-kilometer-long running greenway facing the beach, perfect for runners."
