However, we found a few small bugs on my son's bed, possibly because we opened the window, which made me restless all night, constantly feeling like there were bugs in the bed. The customer service lady was very good; she immediately offered to change our room. But when checking out, the front desk didn't believe us about the bugs and even suggested we had opened the window, which left a bad taste in our mouths. "Nice hotel, in a new area a bit far from city center. Clean room, not very big but with all the things you need for a nice stay. Refrigerator was not connected to plug and AC was not working, luckly it was not too hot. Breakfast buffet was fine. Wifi connection works well. Good to have a mall in the front with supermarket too. I attended bike race and this hotel was not so prepared to accept cyclists and their needs for the race ( early breakfast and delayed checkout). "

The water temperature is 30℃, so it doesn't feel cold to swim in winter. We also visited the Wushitang and Nansha scenic spots next to the hotel. There were not many people in winter and the amusement facilities were not open. You can climb down Baishan Mountain. The scenery at the top of the mountain is pretty good, but there is nothing else except the scenery. I would like to give special praise to the hotel staff Xiao Liu and Xiao Qian. "The sea-view room offered a great view, and the front desk staff were quite welcoming. However, the cleaning was genuinely subpar. There were many uncleaned corners; when I bent down to pick something up, I saw dust everywhere under and around the bed. Plus, the air conditioning vent was moldy, which is really not ideal for young children. We booked two rooms, and the toilet in one of them was leaking. A staff member came to inspect it, confirmed the leak, placed some floor towels to prevent slipping, and then nothing else was done. There were no compensation measures offered whatsoever. Overall, the price doesn't match the cleanliness of the environment. It's certainly not as perfect as some reviews make it out to be!"
