"The hotel is very good and for me ideally placed and I have stayed there many times. The breakfast was great and of course as much as you want. When Gary, the chef is on it's brilliant the only reason I mark this down to 4 stars is that when Gary isn't on the breakfast is never out on time it is supposed to be a 6.30 start but is often running 5 or 10 minutes late, this might not seem much and isn't if you're on holiday, however when you have to be at work for 7 and it's 15 minutes away then 5 minutes makes the difference of getting your cooked breakfast, which you've paid, for or not. I believe if breakfast is a 6.30 start then everything should be ready for people coming in at 6.30. To be fair this is not the only premier inn that is guilty of this."

"We stayed 1 night while visiting family. The room was a reasonable size, comfortable bed, and clean environment. There was a wedding in our first evening but we were not disturbed by any noise. Breakfast was really good but expensive for a buffet style breakfast. Parking is quite tricky given that the area is busy. We became members to get it free. The desk clerk was very quick and organised. Unfortunately, the morning after the wedding, there was a smell of vomit outside the main door."

"The hotel us not equiped with air conditioning, though iur riim was provied with two fans . It is starting to show its age at 40 years old. The room was spotless. The staff were very polite and eager to help. The meals in the restruraunt were good value and the breakfast was very filling. Overall a nice hotel."

"The staff especially Courtney were very friendly and accommodating. Every need was met with politeness. The breakfast buffet was very nice and varied and conveniently placed right next to reception and the accessible toilet. The bed was spacious and everywhere was clean. Fan and heating provided so we were very comfortable with the temperature. Short walk to all the amenities and entertainment. We could not have asked for a better stay. Courtney specifically was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Any queries or little problems were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Our stay was a real pleasure and Courtney made our stay so special. We will highly recommend Courtney and this hotel to anybody meet."
