"Highly recommend this guesthouse! Its location is fantastic, offering a stunning view of Erhai Lake right from the entrance – it rivals popular tourist spots but with far fewer crowds, making it perfect for photos. On a clear day, you can even watch the sunrise from the balcony, which is incredibly relaxing. The room is split-level, with the living room and bathroom downstairs, and the bedroom and balcony upstairs. Soundproofing is decent, and it's clean and hygienic. Breakfast is vermicelli noodles with some fruit, and it tastes pretty good. We stayed for three nights and got a free pick-up service; the driver was very nice."

"The room has an excellent location; just downstairs, you'll find an ecological promenade. The room we booked featured floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of Erhai Lake, making access to the lake incredibly convenient. However, since it's located in a village, transportation to the ancient town or Cangshan Mountain for sightseeing isn't very convenient, and taxis are difficult to hail. I recommend renting the guesthouse's electric scooter; it's both affordable and practical. The guesthouse owner is fantastic! You can take a taxi to the village entrance, and the owner will come to pick you up on an electric scooter. On the day we left, there was a heavy downpour, and the owner patiently helped us find a car to get back to the ancient town. Highly recommended!"

I woke up to the sound of waves each morning and watched the sunset paint the sea golden-orange in the evening – every photo I took was wallpaper-worthy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the decor was exquisite and stylish. The bathroom amenities were complete and high-end, making for a perfect living experience. The hotel service was attentive and thorough; from check-in to check-out, everything was efficient and polite. Requests were handled promptly, reflecting professionalism and care at every turn. The public areas were elegant, and the facilities were excellent, perfect for both relaxation and photo opportunities. The location was superb, making it easy to get around. It truly delivered on the promise of opening your window to the sea and sleeping to the sound of waves. This is absolutely my ideal holiday hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again next time. There's parking available right outside, which makes getting around very convenient. "Last week's continuous rain in Dali really dampened my spirits. I'd been seriously debating whether to still take my child to Dali this week, not wanting to waste a whole week of annual leave for nothing. After much deliberation, I decided to just go for it and see what happens. But the moment I saw Erhai Lake, I knew: it was absolutely the right decision! So glad we came! Dali gifted us with beautiful weather. Erhai Lake is simply breathtaking. It has that serene, timeless beauty. ☀️🌊 Itinerary Day 1: We drove over 4 hours from Fuxian Lake to Dali, arriving early in the afternoon when the sun was shining beautifully. We stayed at a guesthouse along the Erhai Ecological Corridor, boasting massive floor-to-ceiling windows that looked right out onto Erhai Lake. Even my child exclaimed, 'Wow, this is so peaceful!' You could tell the owner had put a lot of thought into the guesthouse's decor. Every corner was picture-perfect. There were no unnecessary frills, yet everything felt refined and thoughtfully placed. It gets dark quite late in Dali, so after we dropped off our bags and relaxed for a bit at the guesthouse, we went to rent bicycles. If you're traveling with kids, I highly recommend renting bikes with a rear-mounted child safety seat. They come with seatbelts, so you don't have to worry about them falling off. At 30 yuan per day, I thought it was incredibly good value for money. Even though we only started riding in the late afternoon, we managed to cycle for almost two hours. The gentle breeze was just heavenly! Comparing it to Chongqing, which feels like an oven, this place was simply divine. During our ride, we stumbled upon a lovely, shallow spot perfect for children to splash around in. It was so pretty! We immediately ordered wading suits for delivery, planning to come back and play there first thing in the morning if the weather held up. We didn't have dinner until around 8 PM, opting for a casual eatery. Their seafood fried rice was absolutely delicious! And spicy! It was actually our 7th wedding anniversary today. We didn't pick a fancy restaurant or have a celebratory cake, but we still felt incredibly happy and content with how the day unfolded. ☺️ After dinner, we leisurely cycled back to return our bikes, then took a relaxed stroll back to our guesthouse. I asked the friendly guy at the front desk to warm up some milk for our son, and the rice noodles we had the next morning were also fantastic! Yunnan's rice noodles might look fiery with their red chili oil, but they're surprisingly mild, so kids can enjoy them without a problem. When we checked out, the staff member kindly helped us with our luggage and drove us to the parking area in their shuttle. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Looking forward to Day 2!"

"Environment: I like Fumeiyi so much. The location of the B&B is very good. It takes less than 1 minute to walk to the B&B after getting off the taxi. The B&B faces Erhai Lake. It is especially beautiful at sunrise. There are viewing platforms when you turn left or right. There is a bicycle rental point not far away. There is a Meiyijia restaurant about 7 or 8 minutes away. For meals, I found delicious private dishes. Service: The butler service is quite good and will respond to any request. Breakfast includes rice noodles and grains, which are freshly made and have a wok-like flavor. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with basically all facilities."

The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are simply a stroke of genius. Pulling back the curtains in the morning reveals the azure Erhai Lake and the distant Cangshan mountains in all their glory. The sunlight sparkles on the water, making every breath feel fresh and invigorating. Sitting on the tatami by the window, watching the sunset paint the Erhai Lake with a golden glow, every photo taken is picture-perfect without any filters – it's truly a real-life version of 'facing the sea, with spring blossoms blooming'! 👨‍💼 The Front Desk Guy is Super Sweet, Five-Star Service I must give a special shout-out to the young man at the front desk! From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, he proactively ran out to help us with our luggage, and was enthusiastic and attentive throughout. When we checked in, he even gave us some local tea, suggesting we could brew it and enjoy the sea view from our room. 🚶‍♀️ Amazing Location, Right on the Ecological Corridor What's most convenient is that the hotel is located right on the ecological corridor! You can step directly onto the corridor as soon as you leave the hotel, no detours or crossing roads needed. It's perfectly designed for cycling and leisurely strolls. 🍜 Thoughtful Details, A Fully Immersive Experience Beyond all that, the small details at the hotel added greatly to my positive impression. The rice noodles for breakfast were authentically delicious, and enjoying them with the sea view outside doubled my happiness. The room decor was very stylish, and the tatami was excellent for photos. Even the public lounge areas were very comfortable; chatting and having tea with friends there made me not want to leave. In short, this trip to Dali was made exceptionally perfect because of this hotel. If you're looking for a place to relax and truly soak in the beauty of Erhai Lake, this is absolutely the best choice! It's now on my 'Must-Stay in Dali' list, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Dali!"

"Our sea view room experience was absolutely worth it! The room offered an unobstructed, expansive view, and we could see the ocean right from our bed. Waking up to the sunrise and the sound of waves in the morning was incredibly atmospheric. Both the front desk and housekeeping services were very attentive; check-in was fast and efficient, and the attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. "This is a great sea-view B&B! The room was very clean, and all the facilities were comprehensive, neat, and tidy. It was definitely the most satisfying hotel of our trip. The location is convenient, and the hotel service was excellent. Whenever we had an issue, the concierge helped us resolve it immediately. Both the staff and the owner were very warm and hospitable. The ground floor has a cafe and a western restaurant, and the decor is fantastic for photos. Plus, sitting in the courtyard with a coffee is wonderfully relaxing.
