"The B&B's location is superb, right next to a popular internet-famous cafe. It's clean, the environment is great, and Erhai Lake is right outside the door. The rooftop offers an unobstructed 360-degree view for sunrise, perfect for amazing photos. The young guys at the front desk, all born after 2000, are consistently nice, and the owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. You can tell they put a lot of heart into running this B&B. Next time I'm in Dali, I'll definitely consider staying here again because other B&Bs in the area tend to be noisier, and this one is so quiet. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included."

"The room has an excellent location; just downstairs, you'll find an ecological promenade. The room we booked featured floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of Erhai Lake, making access to the lake incredibly convenient. However, since it's located in a village, transportation to the ancient town or Cangshan Mountain for sightseeing isn't very convenient, and taxis are difficult to hail. I recommend renting the guesthouse's electric scooter; it's both affordable and practical. The guesthouse owner is fantastic! You can take a taxi to the village entrance, and the owner will come to pick you up on an electric scooter. On the day we left, there was a heavy downpour, and the owner patiently helped us find a car to get back to the ancient town. Highly recommended!"

When we took a taxi to the entrance of the village, they came to help us carry our luggage. They were very polite and even helped us carry out our large and small bags when we were leaving. "You can see the sunrise over Erhai Lake as soon as you open your eyes. The hotel is just across the lake from the shore, with a small beach. My three-year-old loved being taken downstairs to catch fish and play with the seagulls. The hotel is tastefully decorated, both inside and out; even the trash cans are high-quality! The owners, a mother and son, are very friendly. The auntie took care of our family of three like her own child. The kitchen staff cooked delicious food with a wonderful wok hei (wok aroma) – so good! The receptionist helped soothe my child and made fragrant coffee! Before coming, I thought the 5.0 rating was a bit unrealistic, but after experiencing it firsthand, I realized that 5.0 is just the platform's maximum score, not my limit, haha!"

"I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but I just had to for this place! I spent days searching online and finally settled on Gugu Meimei because I was drawn to the beautiful balcony view. It turns out the real thing is even better than the pictures! The room was so stunning that I was speechless the moment I walked in, and I immediately decided I would definitely stay here again next time. I looked around from the balcony, and this place is absolutely the prettiest among the neighboring ones! The room's curtains provided excellent blackout, the AC worked great, and all the toiletries were disposable. They even provided an eye mask and a face mask! The in-room mini-bar was completely free, and we received welcome fruits upon arrival, a gorgeous afternoon tea, and a souvenir upon departure. This place truly changed my perception that B&Bs aren't as good as hotels. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the parking lot is quite challenging for drivers. However, the staff helped carry our luggage to and from the parking lot, which was only about 200 meters away. Also, it would be great if the top-floor Miyo room and public area had some sort of barrier; I felt a bit unsafe being able to step directly from my room onto the public terrace. All in all, it was a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to many family and friends, telling them to choose this place when they visit Yunnan!"

But please note that this location is in the middle of Longkan Wharf and S-bend, so you may need to go back. "Five stars, highly recommend! Akathisia Anzhi Yingluo Seaview Resort is absolutely amazing! Driving there is super convenient, with ample free parking so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The seaview afternoon tea is divine; sitting on the terrace looking out at the clear blue sea, enjoying exquisite desserts with refreshing tea – it's so relaxing, you won't want to leave! The Marshall speaker in the room was a wonderful surprise; its vintage look is great for photos, and the sound quality is crystal clear. Listening to music accompanied by the sound of the waves creates such a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel garden is also a perfect spot for photos, surrounded by lush greenery and dappled light – every shot looks like it's straight out of a magazine. It's clean and tidy, and the concierge, a handsome young man, provided attentive service. Every detail perfectly captures the essence of a holiday. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"
