It's very close to the beach and there's a lovely seaside promenade, perfect for walking. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The best part is the sea-facing room. Plus, there's a pool and a bathtub."

"This has to be the best value-for-money Andaz I've ever stayed at! Checking in on a weekday was such a treat! 💚 Room Experience: The layout was well-designed and the flow made perfect sense. The soft furnishings and bedding were clean, comfortable, and relatively new. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary, including drinks, snacks, a Wing Kee Bakery gift box, and special souvenirs (like stylish slippers and eye cream). The kids' amenity kit was complete, even including a toothbrush cup (super cute). The staff set up a small tent in our room; even though the deluxe room wasn't huge, setting up the tent didn't hinder movement. 🤎 Service and Details: The service was professional and meticulous. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for being warm and efficient. They even prepared a cake for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. 💙 Special Facilities and Benefits: The gym and indoor pool facilities were new and offered a great experience. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to the 'Grand Resort Deck' water park and 'Kids Zone'. The lobby features a 'Andaz Lounge' area with complimentary refreshments, and in the evening, there's a happy hour with snacks and drinks."

"Switched from Studio City to Galaxy, and the contrast is stark. Galaxy's service is absolutely outstanding, from being escorted to check-in to the front desk staff walking us to the elevator after we were done. I used to think this level of service was standard for larger hotels, but Studio City was so disappointing, making the difference incredibly obvious. My kids absolutely loved the Grand Resort Deck; it's a fantastic option for children from the North wanting to play in the water during long holidays. **Facilities**: Very well-maintained; everything still looks new. **Hygiene**: Even for someone like me who's quite particular about cleanliness, it was great. **Environment**: There's a casino downstairs that the elderly enjoyed, and the kids also loved the Kids' Club. The old town is nearby too, a popular spot for photos, just across the road, which is super convenient. **Service**: Very satisfied."

"Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Macau was truly exceptional. The grand, beautifully decorated lobby immediately sets a luxurious tone. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities such as international plug outlets and a large, elegant bathroom (with excellent water pressure and soothing bath salts). The bed linens and pillows were wonderfully soft and comfortable, and the view from our executive-floor room on the 28th floor was breathtaking — a full panorama of the Grand Resort Deck and its lively waterpark, which we thoroughly enjoyed with the kids. The hotel also has a fantastic kids’ room that our children absolutely loved, adding even more joy to our family stay. With direct access to The Promenade mall and its great range of restaurants, plus a wide and delicious breakfast selection, everything felt convenient and indulgent. Service was impeccable throughout, and special thanks go to Manuel, who kindly showed us around at check-in and arranged our transport upon departure. A truly memorable stay in every way."

"It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively."
