"Stayed at this hotel 12 years ago, and decided to revisit. I'm impressed by how well the rooms have been renovated and maintained; it's still a great choice. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Rua da Cunha. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot on the first floor, and the third floor has a good selection of brands, including Pop Mart, which even carries items that are sold out in mainland China."

"Booked the fairly affordable Grand Hyatt during the May Day holiday. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bed could be moved, which was convenient when traveling with two kids. The hotel offers shuttle buses to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port and the airport, though the schedule is quite limited. Compared to the newer, larger hotels, this one offers great value for money and is definitely recommended."

"The hotel amenities are comprehensive. The location is super convenient, and the room view is fantastic; you can see the Grand Lisboa building right from the window, offering an amazing panorama. The dining experience is quite unique. The hotel staff are very attentive and thoughtful, and the room is cleaned daily with a fresh set of toiletries replaced, which truly made for a comfortable and worry-free stay. With such great value for money, I'm definitely satisfied!"

"I absolutely loved staying at Broadway Macau! It is one of the best hotels on the Cotai Strip in Macau. I would love to go back again with me and my whole family. My kid had so much fun playing at the Galaxy Kids Hotel. The room had a free bathtub, a beautiful window, and snacks for us. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was delicious and definitely worth it. The hotel has so many amazing facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and parking. Everything felt very luxurious and 5-star. The staff at Broadway Macau were wonderful, from the receptionists to all the attendants, everyone was very kind and made us feel so welcome. Staying at Broadway Macau really made our trip special. Thank you, Broadway Macau, you are a true gem! I can’t wait to come back with me and my whole family."

"I had such a wonderful stay at Studio City Macau and it became one of the most memorable parts of my trip. I was so happy and touched that the hotel prepared a room with an Eiffel Tower view exactly as I requested. They also surprised us with a birthday cake and beautiful balloon decorations because I mentioned that I would be celebrating an early birthday with my mother. It made the experience feel extra special and thoughtful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved that the air conditioning could be adjusted easily to the perfect temperature. The bathroom amenities were excellent quality, and the minibar was refilled daily. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. When I asked about where to find good egg tarts inside the building, the staff gave great recommendations and directions. One small downside was that the hotel shuttle bus stop was quite far from the main lobby — around a 300-meter walk toward the back of the building. However, everything else about the stay was amazing, so it still felt like a perfect and relaxing getaway. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future."

"The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was smooth with no queue. We booked two rooms and weren't sure which one the kids would be in, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared children's amenities in both rooms. The staff at the service desk were also very polite, courteous, and spoke softly. Plus, our room had a view of the Eiffel Tower – definitely worth it! Shopping and dining options downstairs were convenient. We also received welcome fruits and bedtime milk. Very satisfied."

"Room: Some online reviews mentioned the hotel is a bit old, and indeed, it's not newly built. However, for a hotel that's over ten years old, its condition shows that daily maintenance is excellent. The room is large and has no strange odors. The beds, in particular, are a highlight – it's hard to find two 1.5-meter double beds anywhere else in Macau, making it very comfortable for families with children. There are several swimming pools, and swimming at night is great for photos; they even provide inflatables, water, and towels. Service: From the front desk to the housekeeping staff and concierge, everyone was extremely polite and accommodating – truly excellent! 👍 They even gave us little bears and ducks! 🦆 Breakfast: The dishes were thoughtfully prepared and made fresh. The attention to detail was impressive. For example, for fresh fruit and vegetable juices, you tell them what you want, and they make it on the spot, which is incredibly satisfying. Transportation: It's right by The Londoner, which is essentially the Conrad, but at half the price. What do you think about the value for money?"

"This is my second stay at the hotel. The hotel has nice Portuguese style architecture and a really relaxing atmosphere in the entrance hall. There is a nice view. I previously enjoyed my stay enough, in particular due to the exquisite bathtub, to return a second time. Little did I know that only one room has that beautiful bath tub and I was just extremely lucky on my first stay. My room this time was fine, but it just wasn’t as nice as my first stay. There was mold in the bathtub in a few places showing that the cleanliness is just standard, but not up to par for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Macau is hot so it’seasy to have mold. Thorough cleaning is really important. In addition, because it is an older building, there are some little spiders and other little bugs in the rooms sometimes. Not any scary bugs, but still just a point. The hotel location is in a quiet area and near a bus stop. However, there are no convenience stores in the surrounding area (closest is a 15 minute walk) and the hotel does not provide many options to make up for this. The first time I stayed here I arrived at 9 pm and wasn’t even able to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. It seemed like a joke. In addition to that, there are not many restaurants open later thanthat in the area as well. So, I don’t recommend booking this hotel if you will need to eat later on in the evening. The staff is generally helpful but were never able to solve any problems I had completely. Personally, I think it is worth coming to the location to check out the architecture and design. There is a restaurant so you could come to eat a meal and enjoy those nice perks without staying in the hotel. I think I would come to the restaurant in the future, but I will most likely not return for another stay."

"This was my first stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau, even though I've visited Macau many times. I initially thought getting around would be inconvenient, but after Ms. Lu at the front desk gave me a detailed explanation, I realized it's actually quite convenient. The best part of my stay was the warm and thoughtful service from Ms. Lu. She contacted me the day before check-in, upgraded me to a suite on the day of arrival, and even extended my check-out time because our flight was late the next evening. I'm truly grateful for her help. On the other hand, the breakfast was a complete disappointment. I've stayed at Grand Hyatt hotels in other countries and cities, and the breakfast variety here was far too limited. The desserts and fruits were very ordinary, and don't even get me started on the hot food section – nothing was hot, even right after it was brought out. All in all, the breakfast was terrible, the worst among hotels of the same caliber in Macau."
