"This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's. Public transport is super convenient with a bus stop right downstairs, making it easy to get to all the attractions and borders in Macau. The hotel itself is very stylish, with great attention to detail. The service is excellent, and the staff are warm and attentive. They provide a generous selection of complimentary drinks, water, snacks, and even red wine! The night view from the platform is stunning, and the breakfast is exquisite and delicious. "Our check-in experience was fantastic, thanks to Andy. He was incredibly professional and efficient, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading us to a room with a great view. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. He also gave us some small candies as a welcome gift, which were delicious! Overall, a very enjoyable check-in. When we checked out, we stored our luggage at the West Wing lobby, and Sheng there was also wonderful. The service was impeccable, very thoughtful and attentive. All in all, my experience at The Venetian was excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau."

"I absolutely loved staying at Broadway Macau! It is one of the best hotels on the Cotai Strip in Macau. I would love to go back again with me and my whole family. My kid had so much fun playing at the Galaxy Kids Hotel. The room had a free bathtub, a beautiful window, and snacks for us. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was delicious and definitely worth it. The hotel has so many amazing facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and parking. Everything felt very luxurious and 5-star. The staff at Broadway Macau were wonderful, from the receptionists to all the attendants, everyone was very kind and made us feel so welcome. Staying at Broadway Macau really made our trip special. Thank you, Broadway Macau, you are a true gem! I can’t wait to come back with me and my whole family."

There's plenty to do nearby, with House of Dancing Water, Kids' City and The Parisian Macao all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. "First of all, the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower is free to enter, so the 'free entry' voucher offered by the merchant was meaningless. When checking in, Calrin upgraded our room and gave chocolates to the children. However, the staff helping with luggage when we checked out had a bad attitude and wouldn't open the trunk for us, which immediately soured the experience. The hotel also had an overpowering perfume smell."

"The free snacks and drinks in the mini-bar are refillable, which is a very nice touch. The water pressure in the hotel bathroom's shower was a bit low, which was a slight drawback. The room itself was fantastic, directly facing the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. The hotel also has a popular Chinese ice cream parlor, recommended by celebrities, and a Don Quijote supermarket. The beef and salmon sashimi there are excellent and convenient, and they have unagi don (eel rice) and more. Plus, they'll even heat it up for you right next door!"

"The hotel facilities are very new, and the garden on the third floor is beautifully designed and a pleasure to look at. The shuttle bus is also very convenient, and the hotel room card allows for priority boarding. Breakfast is at the Grand Buffet, which is almost the largest buffet restaurant in Macau with a wide variety of options. This time, I wasn't able to upgrade to a garden view room, which would have offered a distant view of Macau Airport. It's very suitable for families, as they provide a free extra fold-out bed next to the sofa. I would choose to stay here again next time."

"The Grand Lisboa Hotel, despite being an older property, is still very new on the inside. The hotel lobby is magnificent, and the staff are all very polite and enthusiastic. Although the room was a bit small, it was exceptionally clean. The only downside was that the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. Getting around was super convenient as there are many public buses and a free shuttle right outside the entrance. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay."

"The room was great! The front desk guy had already upgraded my room [strong] with a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. In the afternoon, they sent a birthday cake [cake], balloons 🎈, and fruit, which made me really happy. Then, I had another pleasant surprise at breakfast the next morning! Every day at 6 PM, there's a champagne toast ceremony 🍷 using Veuve Clicquot, which truly made me feel joyful and happy 🥳 [celebration]. The service attitude was excellent 👍. They were always responsive, sending hot milk 🥛 and cookies!"
