"Got my forgotten charger back last month, thank you! It's good to know that lost and found items are handled, and it would have been even better if I had received a call. Even though it's not valuable, it reflects a hotel's management level, and I definitely give it a thumbs up! 👍🏿 This time, I came with my family again and overall, we were quite satisfied. Just a suggestion: please check the air conditioner in room 17948. There's a resonant echo that you can only feel when you lie in bed, so I didn't sleep that well. But my family was happy, so it doesn't really matter."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money! The transportation is super convenient, and the best part is that the Hong Kung Night Market is just a few steps downstairs – perfect for finding food and late-night snacks. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. What really stood out was the excellent attitude of the staff; they were friendly and polite. For anyone on a budget, this is definitely a fantastic choice!"
The award-winning St. Regis Macao, Cotai Strip is touted as the most prestigious address on the Cotai Strip, offering 400 exquisitely styled and lavishly appointed guestrooms. "This was my first time in Macau, and among the many popular hotels, The St. Regis is relatively understated. The stay experience was unexpectedly excellent. The handsome gentleman at the front desk enthusiastically recommended local eateries, introduced the hotel's facilities and butler service, and even upgraded us to a tower view room, which offered fantastic scenery! The hotel breakfast was of high quality, without noisy crowds, and the dining environment was comfortable. The room facilities were well-maintained, and there were two housekeeping services a day, so it felt like a fresh start every time we returned. The hotel pool is beautiful, directly facing the Clock Tower, perfect for a leisurely vacation. Thanks again to all the customer service staff at the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located between MGM and The Venetian, making it easy to access both. It balances a great shopping experience while avoiding large crowds. Personally, I would recommend The St. Regis over larger hotels."

"Excellent hotel, directly connected to Galaxy Macau, so no need to walk outside in the sun. 😀 The room was quite spacious and clean, with a view of the University of Macau across the way. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can just cut through from the Galaxy's Lukfook Jewellery. For The Venetian Macao, simply cross the road from the Crystal Lobby. To get from Rua do Cunha to The Venetian, just go up directly opposite Mok Yi Kei, there are parallel escalators so you don't have to walk as much. 😀 Everything at Galaxy is delicious and convenient, with options for all budgets. I even bought a Pop Mart limited edition fridge magnet that's not available on the mainland. Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Broadway again, it's so convenient!"

"Outstanding service throughout our stay!
From the moment we arrived, every staff member went above and beyond. I particularly want to highlight the lift operators – they managed the flow of guests seamlessly and offered great suggestions on navigating the ground floor / Level 1 exits. This was especially helpful because The Londoner's layout can be quite confusing at times.
The breakfast buffet at Churchill's Table was exceptional – the food was fresh and varied, the restaurant decor was elegant, and the service was warm and attentive. Although we didn't get to try dinner, based on the breakfast experience, I'm confident it would be of equally high quality.
Overall, a fantastic stay – we'll definitely be back!
