Breakfast was a lavish spread of freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, and various fruits and cereals, providing the perfect start to my day. I took advantage of the hotel's beautiful outdoor pool area. The pool area featured comfortable loungers, allowing for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The true highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi staff. They were always friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, making me feel at home. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable and contributed significantly to my overall experience. "I have been looking for a hotel on the Liguria coastline in recent years. I think this hotel can be used for two brushes. It is very convenient to play in the water and sand: the hotel has direct access to the beach, the sun is hot in July, the beach is delicate, the fly in the ointment is that the sea algae floats over from time to time. It looks a bit dirty. I found a small fish in the sea. There are crabs, shrimps, hermit crabs in the stone....Because this is called Silent Bay, there is no wave, so the baby swims. I am not afraid of stepping on my feet and it doesn't hurt. I saw the 4 stars next door and I think it is better to bring your own beach. The hotel also provides free inflatable valves, you can paddle out to sea..."

"Amazing location. Fantastic hotel with 10/10 cleanliness. The hotel staff at the bar was the best we have ever seen. They were so friendly and helpful! The only negative is the breakfast, which did not at all align with the rest of the hotel experience. Almost no variety of hot foods, different eggs, meats, fruits. We decided to buy our own breakfast elsewhere."

"The room was a very large room with services and a kitchen corner, in a very comfortable and central position compared to Sestri. The structure is located in a different location from the hotel. This was not clearly stated in the announcement. The room had some small defects with the coffee machine with a lack of functional stove and small defects in the bathroom, but overall it was comfortable, quiet and in order. The cleaning and re-order service was more than adequate."
