"Our stay lasted 6 days, and for around 1.5 days we had no proper hot water while the boiler emitted a loud beeping sound every few seconds, including throughout the entire night. This made sleeping very unpleasant and significantly affected the stay. We reported the issue immediately. Communication was polite, but the problem was not resolved during that time. Additional towels and toilet paper were requested because of the situation. The support agent explained that they could only submit a request for approval, but ultimately nothing was delivered. The apartment itself was okay, but the handling of these issues and the lack of a timely solution were disappointing. Overall, not the level of comfort and service we expected."
