"If you enjoy proper Air Conditioning, this NOT the hotel for you. The staff are nice but actually claim they never have AC complaints, but the reviews are littered with them! And they leave fans in the closets but they are old and dirty. Never cleaned. Even the breakfast area has no ventilation or AC. Temperature inside the rooms is minimum 26-28, outside is actually cooler. You can leave the windows open, but outside is very loud. Poor management by Accor, definitely not to their standards. I even asked to speak to the manager three times and the manager never came or called."

"The management/owner were most disagreeable. I have never ever been spoken to like that in my entire life. I speak Italian French English and Portuguese and have never met people as rude as that. I highly recommend this Hotel is avoided at all costs, and that there are other hotels at the same price if not less with wonderful compared to what is offered at the Azur Hotel. The only positive point to be made is the young lady that does the service for breakfast is wonderful. I did see how they were treating a specific client who had left their baggage as they had stayed the previous night,and was trying to arrange alternative accommodation and witnessed them calling the police rather than trying to find a solution for this particular person due to the fact that they were completely booked. So a big and really big NO, NO FOR THIS HOTEL."
