"The room was great and the environment was good, but the hotel staff seemed unfamiliar with the Trip.com platform. After I booked the hotel through Trip.com, the hotel still deducted money from my deposit. When I asked, they said it was for the room fee. Then it was a hassle contacting Trip.com and communicating with them at the front desk. It was such a big trouble that I've already returned home and still haven't received my deposit back."
