Anonymous UserThe rooms are few, the courtyard isn't big, and the room itself is tiny. The courtyard view is nothing special, and the second-floor terrace doesn't offer any appealing scenery. The alley it's located in is also quite ordinary, and getting a car in or out is very difficult. It really just feels like a guesthouse in a hutong.
There was only one staff member at the front desk who often seemed overwhelmed. I added them on WeChat beforehand, but their responses to my questions were unenthusiastic and lacked much useful information. It was clear they were new and inexperienced. The breakfast variety was sufficient, but a staff member was playing videos loudly on their phone right next to us, which was quite noisy. Unless you have a strong desire to experience a siheyuan or are particularly fond of hutongs, I'd recommend choosing a larger, properly managed hotel with more professional staff. One experience here was enough.

Lengchao(screen name)The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. It's super close to the subway station, just about a five to six-minute walk. Plus, deliveries from outside can be quickly brought to your room by a robot, which is very convenient.

I traveled for 7 days during the National Day holiday. I brought a lot of stuff, but thankfully the room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing plenty of room for my luggage without feeling cramped. The service was also excellent, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping ladies and the breakfast manager. The hotel paid great attention to detail; they provided charging outlets and three different charging ports. Every day, they replenished the fruit bowl in the room with fresh oranges, apples, and snacks. They also provided a small notebook where I could write down my requests daily, such as changing the sheets and duvet cover, housekeeping, changing towels, mopping the floor, and providing new slippers. They fulfilled all my requests without fail. The hotel is conveniently located near several subway stations, and there are also shared bikes available right outside the hotel. My room only included one breakfast, but the front desk staff provided us with an extra week's worth of breakfasts since there were two of us traveling. The breakfast selection was plentiful, including fruit, yogurt, pastries, watermelon, and cantaloupe. The best dish was the noodles—they were so fragrant! Every day after breakfast, we'd grab two cups of yogurt and two eggs to take with us and eat while we explored. Hehe. Overall, a huge thumbs up!

SirikamolVery good location near Gulou Dajie subway station. Nice courtyard that made me feel like going back to the Ming dynasty era.
The best part is the staff. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped me in transportation, ordering food delivery, recommending many interesting places and Hutong. Their recommendations are very helpful to save my time and effort in the heat in Beijing summer. The service is world class.
Highly recommended!

Anonymous UserThis is a super creative boutique hotel with a fantastic blend of Old Beijing charm and modern artistic flair. The ambiance and decor are really stylish. The location is excellent, making it easy to get to many attractions. There's a bus stop right outside and the subway station is also very close. The common areas are incredibly picturesque – you can take great photos anywhere. Plus, they have washing machines and dryers in the common area.

The hotel is in alley perpendicular to branch of the Dashilan main street (branch of another branch street).the taxi I took from Beijing South rail station dropped me at the street where it is not the most direct way to walk in (the driver pretended to miss the turn). If you are taking taxi drop the pin and meishijiekou emailing point.
Hotel itself is small. No lift. Room is just slightly bigger than the typical Tokyo style. But very nice for a solo traveller. Mind you I took the deluxe room with window facing outside. Comes with snack, apple and very helpful service desk. Room is high tech. Location is good, walk out to have food. No typical local breakfast shop nearby though. For this reason, I will choose to stay at Dongsi which is more vibrant with locals and less touting.
Overall, it is a good place to stay if it is a very quick short turnaround in Beijing.

PianweiThis hotel stay really exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Xinjiekou subway station, making it super convenient to get to Xizhimen, Shichahai, and Huguosi for shopping and sightseeing. The room was spotlessly clean, not huge but didn't feel cramped, and the smart home features were easy to use.
The zero-pressure mattress paired with the latex pillows made for an incredibly comfortable sleep – just the right firmness. My travel fatigue melted away the moment I lay down, and there was no noise when I turned over. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the hot water was constant, and all the toiletries were provided. The blackout curtains worked wonders, allowing for a peaceful rest even during the day. The front desk staff were lovely and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they were always quick to respond if I had any questions.
For the Xizhimen area, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The room was cozy, perfect for both business trips and leisure. The soundproofing was sufficient for everyday use. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

The service here is impeccable, and the environment is elegant. The smart devices are incredibly convenient to use, and the cloud-like pillows are unbelievably comfortable. Plus, it's just a short walk to Tiananmen Square, which really made our stay feel perfect! For a hotel, the price is really good too!

Anonymous UserFirst off, the hotel facilities are complete, and the location is great, making travel very convenient. However, I have to say that the hygiene is a bit concerning; there were a few bloodstains on the sheets. After we complained, they promptly changed our room for us, but even after the switch, there were still bloodstains, so they had to change the sheets again. But throughout the entire process, the front desk service attitude made us feel uncomfortable.

Guest UserLocated 700 meters from Zhushikou subway station, it's very close to Dashilar and Qianmen. The room was small but clean, not greasy at all, though the soundproofing wasn't great – but that's typical for hotels in this area. We stayed for 4 nights with our child, and for the price, it offered excellent value for money.
