"This hotel is really weird, I don’t understand why it is still open. Everything is bad and rotten. The door lock of the first room was broken and the door couldn't be opened, so I was given a new room. The second room was also weird, everything in the toilet was broken. The door was broken and so was the toilet. The armrest is also broken. It's really cruel."

"Good and bad with this hotel. The bad: upon checking in I noticed water stains on several ceiling tiles in the lobby. Also out of service signs for the restrooms. The laundry rooms had out of service. The pool doesn’t have water. Carpet in hallway dirty. The good: room was clean and it was quiet. Also new towels and wash cloth every day. Hotel needs to supply more than 1 small bar of soap."
