"I drove all the way to Nyingchi. It was raining on the way to Bomi. Xiao Jiang at the front desk contacted me in advance and helped me upgrade the room very considerately. I was waiting for my companions to park in the lobby. The staff immediately brought me warm tea. The overall service was thoughtful, the environment was comfortable, and the window had a wide view of the Parlung Zangbo. I had a good sleep 👍"

📍 No. 5 Attached, No. 102, Zhamu West Road, Zhamu Town, Bomi

"Checking in at 12 o'clock in the evening, you can feel the overall environment at the entrance of the hotel. The entrance area is clean and refreshing. It is very convenient to enter and exit. The parking area is planned in an orderly manner. You don't have to worry about parking when you drive by yourself. The first impression of entering the hall is particularly good. The overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, very large. The floor tabletop is kept clean at any time. There are no messy piled items. There is no stuffy smell in the air. The ventilation is very good. The front desk staff was very gentle when checking in, patient and meticulous throughout the process, and the procedures were very fast. The guests would not wait for a long time. If there were any unclear questions, they would be explained carefully. The tone was kind and there was no perfunctory. The service details were particularly extra points. The room is also very satisfied, not small, the price is not inferior"

Air conditioning, electric toilet, free drinks in the room, and a lot of space! The opposite Garang Palace is great for taking pictures, and there are snow-capped mountains! 📍 No. 19 Zhamu Middle Road (Bomi Center Plaza), Bomi

"Bomi Mountain Gorge Hotel is located in the center of Bomi County, next to a big river (unfortunately, I didn't remember the name of the river). The entrance is a square. Shopping, eating, watching the scenery, etc. are very convenient. The hotel has its own parking lot and parking is very convenient. The hotel is a 4-star hotel with good software and hardware. The staff's service attitude is very good, especially the young lady at the front desk, warm and cheerful, want to think for the guests, strive to solve any problems for the guests, feel very warm, here, say "thank you"!"

Landscape Hotel ★★★★

📍 No. 12-2 Zhamu East Road, Bomi

"This is the first time I've ever been woken up in the middle of the night by a hotel, and I honestly don't know what to say. The top floor is a karaoke room, and I have no idea why our room was making so much noise from so many floors away. When I called the front desk, they were incredibly nonchalant, just saying they'd change our room. Then they sent a security guard and a key-giving lady to come over and supervise us packing like supervisors. The guard kept urging us to hurry up and give him our room key. Not a single apology! I was furious… I demanded to see their manager… only then did the key-giving lady start apologizing… and then something even more absurd happened—there was no duty manager! The front desk asked the key-giving lady if she could see their manager's ID… what use is an ID? I didn't see a single manager by the time I checked out the next day! Afterwards, I complained to Ctrip… Ctrip said they could refund half the room fee… I said I didn't want the room fee, I wanted to see a manager to discuss this, but I never got to see them… Ctrip just refunded the money… they'd rather refund the room fee than meet with us and accept our complaint! How unprofessional is this hotel?"

"I spent the Spring Festival here. There was plenty of hot water, the staff was very nice, the facilities were new, and firecrackers were set off at the door. It was so fun! I could see the snow-capped mountains directly from the window. It was quieter outside the old city."

Vienna Hotel Nyingchi Bomi Branch ★★★★
"The experience of staying at Vienna Hotel this time was simply amazing! I must praise the hotel's laundry service! After traveling a lot, I had a lot of clothes accumulated. I was worried at first, but I didn't expect the hotel's laundry service to solve my troubles. When I handed the dirty clothes to the staff, they carefully registered and checked, asked about special stains and washing requirements, and their serious attitude made me feel at ease. After drying, they delivered them directly to the room!"

"The overall stay experience far exceeded expectations! The hotel lobby is clean and bright, the public areas are cleaned; the rooms are cleaned carefully, the corners are dust-free, the bedding is soft and breathable, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is very stable. From reception to room service, every employee is humble and courteous, quick to work, patiently respond to needs, professional and warm heart. The store is convenient to travel, and the facilities are perfect. Whether it is a self-driving road or a short stay, it is suitable for a reliable accommodation choice. "Great! The best hotel in Bomi! ! We wanted to book it again when we came back to Bomi, but there was no room. The Garan Palace is directly opposite, and the room is clean and comfortable. Outside the window is the Peach Blossom Valley and the Parlung Tsangpo River. You can also see the stars through the skylight at night. Even during the Chinese New Year, the breakfast was not compromised. In addition, ******* costumes are provided for free shooting. All the hotel brothers and sisters are also very nice!"

Landscape Hotel ★★★★
"We booked the hotel because we saw that it was newly opened in 2025 and thought that everything should be relatively new. There were very few service staff, and there was only one person at the front desk, who was responsible for taking the luggage and checking in. We had to push the luggage upstairs by ourselves without any instructions. The service staff was not familiar with the floor of the room and said it was on the sixth floor, so we pushed a cart of luggage to the sixth floor, but the room was not on the sixth floor. Then we pushed the luggage to the eighth floor, which was not the case. In the end, the room was on the fifth floor, so we ran back and forth like this, and then a piece of paint fell off the ceiling of the shower room. Fortunately, I didn't take a shower in it, otherwise it would have fallen on me. The floor tiles were also covered with footprints."
