Also included is a newly installed, state-of-the-art Pool which is perfect for a getaway in the Florida weather! Very family-oriented neighborhood, friendly neighbors, this home is surrounded on the backyard side by a green belt of preserved forest with enough space to take a walk through, or to ride four-wheelers in! Gorgeous in the day time! The home has an extended carport, perfect for bringing your boat along for the fishing, or for multiple cars to park. This neighborhood is just off the beaten path, in the perfect place between suburbia and the countryside. Located in-between Ft. Myers and Lake Okeechobee, and just a short drive to the gulf coast, opening a wide range of activities, including skydiving, hang-gliding, plenty of fishing, air boat rides, and nature parks.For your information the Jacuzzi is not hot, it's the same temperature as the pool. The attached garage to the house has ping pong table, foosball table and yard games for the entire family to enjoy. Beach wagon, chairs, towels, and cooler are provided as well. Come make some memories with your love ones.Other things to note:The Property is near the HISTORIC TYRRELL GARDENS, including the original home, built in 1913, and the winter home of Dr. George Tyrrell. Dr. Tyrrell was a hobby botanist and a close friend of Edison, Ford and Firestone, who would bring him plants from all over the world! Thomas Edison himself was a frequent visitor. Behind the pool was actually the boat slip that Thomas Edison would come with his steamboat and pull right up to the home, and when he would visit the Tyrrell’s they had dinner to celebrate friendship and good times. The home and neighborhood was part of a scene in the 1995 murder mystery “Just Cause” featuring Sean Connery and Laurence Fishburne.
