"The hotel was spotless and the facilities were brand new. The whole room was smart-enabled. I particularly loved the innovative design of the bathroom: the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom can be frosted with a simple press of a button, providing complete privacy. This is a brilliant idea, much better than traditional curtains which are often inconvenient, difficult to clean, and prone to mildew. It really shows how much thought went into the hotel's design. The smart toilet throughout the room and the large floor-to-ceiling windows were also fantastic. Beyond the excellent hardware, the hotel's service was equally impressive. For just 300 yuan, they even included brunch, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers – no need to venture out in the summer heat to find a restaurant. The front desk staff were very attentive and accommodating, practically fulfilling every request. This four-star hotel offers five-star service, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it!"

"Yangchun came to Hefei in March to step in spring. I chose this hotel on Trip.com . The hotel is on the 12th floor of the Volkswagen Building. There is a direct elevator. The beautiful staff at the front desk warmly received. Considering that we have upgraded the room for free for the first time in Hefei, the hotel is very hygienic and the bedding is clean and comfortable. Not too far from Hefei Railway Station, there is a supermarket near the hotel and it is very convenient to eat. Because it is the car the next afternoon, the hotel can help temporarily store luggage, so that we have a happy two days in Hefei, the hotel is affordable and cost-effective, I will choose this hotel again in Hefei."

"We arrived in Hefei today and chose to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei, High-tech Zone. Overall, it was a good experience, though with a few discrepancies. We had just spent several nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Wuyuan, and that stay was practically perfect. It's already summer, yet the duvet was still a very thick all-season one. Even though the air conditioning was powerful, it was too hot with it on and too cold without it. This not only wastes energy and isn't environmentally friendly, but it's also not very thoughtful or comfortable. There was no hand soap or body lotion provided. The breakfast was plentiful. However, the dinner included in our package was quite disappointing. The sandwich was incredibly salty and soggy. As for the pizza, using dragon fruit on it was certainly an innovative flavor, but perhaps the chef should try tasting it themselves."

"The environment here is great, and the service is warm and friendly. The room entry is face-scan activated. Rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy, but it gets much better once the evening rush hour passes and you close the window. I requested a late check-out because I was in meetings all day, and the front desk staff was very nice and processed it quickly. The facilities like the gym, microwave, and laundry room are also well-equipped. Overall, it's very good, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Business travel is too important to choose the hotel! This is a complete demand! Check-in is efficient and there is no need to queue. The mattress is moderately firm, the office facilities are very intimate, the desk is spacious, the lighting is soft, the USB charging port is at the bedside, the only small regret is that the popular meals during the breakfast peak period are slightly slower, but the overall experience is far more than expected. I will look for this one when I come here for business trips in the future!"

The hotel is located near Yefu Mountain, in a beautiful environment, perfect for bringing dogs. There's a large lawn right outside, and the hotel itself is new with excellent facilities. It's very dog-friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and seamless. The complimentary afternoon tea snacks were also quite good. However, the hotel is really only suitable for those driving. It's a few minutes' drive from the entrance to Yefu Mountain, but a long walk. The same applies to other restaurants; they're close by car, but a very long walk.

This was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

✨We decided to go on the 3rd at the last minute, booked a room online, and set off on the 4th. We arrived at our destination, the Guangyuan International Conference Center at Zifeng Mountain, in about 50 minutes. The surrounding scenery was quite nice. We climbed Zifeng Mountain, ate some local Feixi farm-style food, and the roasted free-range chicken was especially delicious, haha! The hotel service was pretty good; thank you to the handsome receptionist, Mr. Wang, for helping us take our order! ✨In the afternoon, we played ball. The children's playground, though small, had everything we needed, and our two kids had a great time. ✨In short, it's a great place to take the kids out for a weekend getaway!

This was my first stay at a Hanting hotel, and I was very impressed with this particular one in Hefei. First off, the room was spacious, and the decor was clean and visually appealing. It was a great experience traveling with a child. The young lady at the front desk, Ms. Xu, was excellent; her service was impeccable and she was very friendly. There was also a young man who was equally helpful, answering all our questions meticulously. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the restaurant staff were fantastic. They even proactively asked if we needed a baby chair when they saw we had a child, which was a thoughtful and warm touch. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I chose this place on the last night during the National Day. The young lady at the front desk was very beautiful and kind. She also asked a little brother to help us carry our luggage. Dinner and breakfast were also eaten here. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was OK. The children on the upper and lower floors of the room were very excited. Unfortunately, the fog was very big. The stars and sunrise were not seen, but the child saw such a big white fog for the first time, saying that we lived in the cloud. When I left, I gave a gift box and will recommend it to my friends in the future. Five-star praise!

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area and it''s quite convenient close to Hefei. Verry good option for relaxing during the weekends, specially because of the many pools. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and the staff is nice. Even though needed renovation, I would definitely go back. My husband forgot his jeans at the hotel and Roger kindly has sent us by express and even hasn't charge me. The hotel really delights customers with this kind of attitude. Thank you to all the staff~~~

It's a good place to stay when you come here to play on the weekend. Our family of four stayed in a parent-child suite. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk gave the two children fireworks as gifts, and the children were very happy. The room originally came with breakfast for two, and breakfast coupons were also given to the children. The room is clean, the air conditioning and heating are very effective, and the large bathtub in the bathroom is very comfortable

During the holiday, I invited several elderly people from my family to play. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with attentive and thoughtful service. Outdoor activities were not allowed on rainy days, but the chess and card table in the suite allowed everyone to find different fun. After the rain stopped, the green trees and flowers became more colorful. The housekeeper service handled each call in a timely manner, which was different from the troubles of other services that took half a day to reply and waited for a long time to handle. What is more worthy of praise is that the elderly found that they had lost their mobile phone after half a day. After contacting the housekeeper, he carefully found it and sent it back. Worth recommending...
