I booked this place for two nights. I saw other reviews saying the accommodation was clean, but for me, the bathroom was quite dirty, as if the housekeeper hadn't cleaned it at all. There were stain marks on the walls and the sink was also stained. However, the duvet and bedsheets were quite clean. On the second night, the housekeeper forgot to provide towels, so I called reception to request some. But after a long wait, no one brought them up, so my partner had to go down to get them himself. The towels for the second night also had a musty smell. The swimming pool and gym were pretty decent for the price. I booked a room with breakfast, and the breakfast was fine. The staff at the restaurant provided excellent service; they were very cheerful, especially a female staff member who took great care of us, and the male staff member who drove us to the main road was also very helpful. Overall, it was quite okay, but I have to deduct points for the cleanliness of the bathroom, as it seemed the housekeeper hadn't cleaned the walls at all.

Traveling with three people, prioritizing three single beds, limited our options. This hotel is located in the Pratunam area, and you can drive right up to the entrance. However, with shops and stalls lining both sides, it gets incredibly congested with pedestrians and motorbikes, making it very difficult if there's oncoming traffic.

Everything you need is within easy reach. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Airport Rail Link Ratchaprarop station and about a 15-minute walk to CentralWorld.

The hotel has two buildings. We stayed in the older one. One bed had a fixed frame, while the other two had movable frames on wheels (they sagged a bit in the middle, probably because they weren't fixed). 

The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower door felt broken. The hotel didn't provide toothbrushes or slippers. The shower gel and shampoo came in pump bottles. Our triple room wasn't facing the street, so it was quiet at night. The curtains didn't close completely. The room was proactively cleaned the next day.

There's a scale in the lobby for weighing luggage, which was convenient. There weren't enough power outlets for three people, and the Wi-Fi signal was poor.

It's decent for a three-star hotel.

In my opinion, this is one of the most basic hotels in Bangkok.

Cons:
- The electrical work is quite strange; some switches turn on all the lights in the room.
- The pool is out of order, and guests weren't informed about it.
- We were told we could use a pool about 500 meters from the hotel – 'super convenient' to walk there dripping wet through the streets.

Pros:
- Daily housekeeping without needing to ask.
- Minibar available at reasonable prices.
- The bed linens are very comfortable.
- The hallway on our floor is nice, with a pleasant carpet.

Upon checking in, I found the room to be simple and clean. While it didn't quite match the influencer-style lighting and filters of the promotional photos, it was comfortable enough for a good rest. The hotel's winning feature is its unbeatable location; the area around it is incredibly lively, and you can walk to major department stores and shopping districts. I highly recommend it for travelers whose main agenda is shopping and city exploration.

Overall, this is a good budget hotel and offers good value for the price. If you’re looking for an affordable stay, it’s a reasonable choice. The room is spacious, and I liked having a separate living room area. The rooftop is a nice place to relax, and the gym has the basic equipment you need.

The hotel kindly accommodated our request for a room on the highest floor, which we appreciated. However, the Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable throughout our stay. The treadmill in the gym also needs attention, as the running belt doesn’t function properly and could be a safety hazard. We also experienced an ant problem in the room, despite not leaving any food or leftovers out.

We felt comfortable during our stay, but we didn’t particularly enjoy it. The hotel met our basic needs and offers decent value for the price, but it didn’t leave much of an impression. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, it’s a reasonable option, just don’t expect too much.

Excellent hotel! We spent a long time choosing, considering various options, with cleanliness, tidiness, and location being our main criteria. We definitely made the right choice! The hotel is small, but very clean, smells pleasant, and the ladies at the reception are incredibly nice 😊. Our room was also spotless with a fantastic bed – it was the most comfortable sleep I've ever had! The view from the room was of another hotel's wall, but it didn't bother us much. Housekeeping came every day and provided water, tea, and coffee sachets. There's also a laundry service available for a fee. The rooftop has a decent pool. We liked everything; the only minor inconvenience was the lack of a microwave in the room. It would be great if they added them.

The bathroom requires more attention as there is a constant smell coming out from it. There should be more entrainment settings

This is a great hotel in the city center, with a shopping mall, laundry service, and 7/11 nearby. It's a 5-10 minute walk to a tuk-tuk stand, which means you can get to any part of the center very quickly. You can also walk to the pier and take a boat to Koh Larn⛴️

The hotel isn't the newest, but it's clearly well-maintained, clean, and attractive. It was a bit noisy from our city-view room on the 7th floor, as there are bars below the windows, but it wasn't too disruptive.

The grounds are small but very cozy, with everything you need, including a slide and a kids' area. Pets are allowed.

The breakfast was decent, but the selection wasn't huge – only three types of fruit, and pretty much the same options every day. On the plus side, they cook eggs and omelets to order right in front of you, and you can customize your own soup with different noodles and toppings.

Overall, we were satisfied with the value for money.

The hotel is in a good location, one block from the beach and within 10-15 minutes walking distance of many popular streets. 

The problem is the hotel is starting to show its age. Not enough upkeep. Paint chipping, rust, wear and tear is very apparent. So I’m not sure it deserves the price it is asking for. Probably local owners. 

For the price you pay, you would get a better quality hotel in Bangkok.

My friend and I stayed two nights in Pattaya, and overall, it was an experience with 'very distinct pros and cons.' It's suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience, but those with high expectations for quality should probably look elsewhere.

First, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in the heart of South Pattaya, just a few minutes' walk from Pattaya Beach. Songthaews (public pickup trucks) are readily available right outside, and there are 7-Elevens, restaurants, and massage parlors everywhere. It's super convenient for getting to Walking Street and the Pattaya Princess cruise. Coming back from a night out, you don't have to go out of your way, which I, as someone who loves exploring, really appreciated. Plus, there's free parking, which is a thoughtful touch for those driving, as there's no stress about finding a spot.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The variety was better than expected, with Thai fried noodles, curry, bread, and fruit, as well as some Indian-inspired dishes. The taste was decent, nothing spectacular, but it filled us up and offered good value for money. Some of the front desk staff were quite helpful, answering all our questions and even offering tips for exploring the area, so that experience was pretty good.

However, there were some significant downsides! The room's fixtures and fittings were severely outdated. We booked a room with a balcony, but the walls had mold stains, the towels looked old, and the floor felt a bit wobbly when you walked on it. The worst part was the terrible soundproofing; we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the street late at night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The cleaning was also quite perfunctory; they only made the bed and emptied the trash daily, without properly wiping down surfaces or the floor. We even found a small bug in a corner, which was a bit off-putting.

The rooftop pool view was mediocre, and the water didn't look particularly clean, so we didn't really dare to swim. Also, the hotel is near the nightlife area, so the music was quite loud at night. I genuinely wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

In summary, for the price of 300-500 baht, the amenities are pretty standard. Its main advantages are the convenient location and ease of getting around, making it suitable for travelers who just need a place to crash and spend most of their day out exploring. If the hotel could improve the cleaning and soundproofing, the experience would be much better.

we went last year to this hotel and found it excellent but this time it did not feel as good. Firstly the bedroom very small and the window did not stay open when we told the maid she must have known about it because she came and propped it open with 2 rolls of paper towels, also there were no hand towels in our room the whole stay only 2 bath towels. last year there seemed better selection the breakfast seemed hit and miss first day no hash brown and only one  flavour of yogurt, second day there was hash brown but no sausages. there were never ever any black pudding or fried bread which i would have expected for a full english.

Not as bad as other reviews suggest, yes it could do with a refurb but it is well priced,friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds . Amazing views overlooking north bay, ideal as a base to explore. Didn’t eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on food. Don’t be put off by other bad reviews.
