"Good location,excellent customer service. The room is big with modern design, complete with electric kettle(with the usual coffee,tea & sugar) & small fridge. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. It’s a nice touch that they put the guest’s name in the room’s t.v & a small card from the housekeeping staff. I was happy with the cleanliness, until I saw a stain in the duvet/comforter (which looks like an old blood). I only saw it on the morning of check-out when the duvet cover accidentally opened when i was tidying-up the bed. I mentioned it to the reception staff & she said she will feedback to the housekeeping."

"Lovely hotel with cosy character. Our room was large enough for 2, clean and enjoyed facilities such as a kettle and Nespresso machine, a safe and a stocked minibar with complimentary drinks. We didn't use the spa or terrace, but we did use the restaurant for breakfast, which had plenty of choice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"This hostel has a great location, close to the city center. It's got a more chill vibe and not many events, but the bar, kitchen, and common areas are great for meeting people. Mariana is an excellent bartender! When I first arrived, I had to wait an hour to check in because they hadn't cleaned the room yet, so I'm knocking off a point for that. Otherwise, the person working the free waffle day (I forgot to ask their name) also provided great service. If the staff weren't so good, I would have docked another point because having to put on our own bed sheets was ridiculous. You absolutely have to try the absinthe at the bar. It was also great to have tea and coffee available. I'd definitely stay here again for the chill vibe."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions we had. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. "The hotel lobby is beautiful and the location is excellent for those who want to be close to a mall and the airport. There are also many busses that leave and arrive from the mall to the center so it is very convenient The breakfast buffet has delicious bread, pastries, honey and natural juices but the quality of olive oil, cut fruits and coffee is very low. I would prefer had the breakfast had less variety and higher quality. The year is 2026 and guests want seasonal food that is nutritious rather than a lot of choice."

"Overrated old style hotel, cheap & greedy management style. No coffee nor espresso machine in the room, spa access charged 32€ etc … Restaurant menu @ Michelin prices but no food appealing there. I left the table without ordering as it was so mediocre. Noisy housekeeping who came into my room at 7 AM, no excuse received though. It’s more of a 4 star hotel by international standards. I bet you can get better value for money with a Airbnb on the waterfront."

"Booked ensuite room Room and bathroom not bad but quite dusty Both in need of a freshen up Bed was not very comfortable Room could have been supplied with at least a kettle Maybe a couple of chairs instead of the 2 small stools I know it's cheap compared to a hotel but not a great deal for what was on offer 1 or 2 things would have made all the difference in a ensuite double room Room was big enough to accommodate 2 chairs and a Cheap kettle Would definitely not use again and not worth the difference from a shared dorm."
