"Taicang is a great place for retirement. The first hotel that popped up on Ctrip was the Four Points by Sheraton. I initially thought it was a budget hotel, but to my surprise, there was someone helping with luggage at the lobby, and the front desk staff were very warm and friendly. My room even got upgraded, and the hotel gave me a fruit voucher so I could pick my own fruit. Besides not having a lounge, everything else was perfect."

"Because my project required a week-long stay in Taicang, choosing Home Inn Business Hotel was definitely the right decision. The service was incredibly attentive; the front desk not only expedited check-in but also proactively inquired about my needs, making me feel truly respected. The facilities were comprehensive and practical; in addition to the commonly used laundry room and parking, the high-speed Wi-Fi and fitness facilities allowed me to relax and unwind after work. "The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Mirror Lake. The afternoon tea and dinner were delicious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. It's also very convenient to get here from Shanghai. We'll definitely be back!"

"Overall, it was a good stay. The front desk upgraded our room, which was spacious and faced the fountain plaza. However, it was still quite noisy downstairs with singing until around midnight, so we had to keep the windows closed. The coffee machine and tea set were a nice touch and very convenient to use. On the downside, the shower water pressure was very low and not hot enough. It took a long time to fill the bathtub, and there were small bugs inside it. The complimentary dessert from our package wasn't great – the cake was just average, and the drinks were the same ones offered at the breakfast buffet. During peak breakfast hours, there clearly weren't enough staff. Plate clearing was slow, meaning that by around 9:30 AM, there were no clean tables available. The breakfast variety itself was decent though."

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing, so there was no noise disturbance. Front desk staff, Wang Yali and Wu Xiaojie, provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire process from check-in to check-out very smooth. "Really great place if you want to stay in Taicang. The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are really modern and smart, with automatic curtains lol. :) However the rooms are not super large and especially the space around the sink is a bit limited. But the loveliness combined with the advanced interior make this a really special place!"

"Was recommended to this hotel as the location is very good. True enough, the location is super as Wanda Plaza is just a stroller... However, as I am kind of allergic to Smoke, I requested a NON Smoking room... unfortunately, once we entered our room, the smoke smelled were so terrible....there is a No Smoking sign, but the fact there is an ashtray, it suggested otherwise.... Luckily we only stayed for 1 night... Breakfast is good though... In a nutshell, if you are okay with Smoke, the hotel is pretty good. However, for a NON smoker and allergic to Smoke, better think twice...."

"近期一直在太倉出差，之前就看到麗楓的招牌，無奈一直未開張，索性8月份營業了，所以第一時間入住體驗。 酒店位於商業樓，辦理入住在一樓，房間在19-24樓，早餐廳在24樓。樓高視野挺好，望得遠，但是就是因為在兩幢辦公樓中間，所以實現會有遮擋，這是硬傷。 房間面積挺大，第一次來入住的時候，因為房間沒有了，所以升級了一件高級景觀大床房，還是落地玻璃窗，帶有轉角沙發～ 高級大床房稍微小點，不是落地玻璃窗，不過整體房間是可以的。畢竟新開，比附近的其他酒店要好很多。 浴室內配有牙刷、梳子、電吹風，馬桶有加熱功能。如果能再配個一次性馬桶坐墊就好了。 入住的時候前台還送了一份歡迎水果，很好。"

"Advantages: 1. Nice environment, convenient parking, and very quiet. 2. The room size and layout are reasonable. A standard room has a square table and two chairs, and the slippers are very comfortable. Thumbs up! 3. The Chinese restaurant is delicious, really delicious. I ate lunch here twice. The service was also very good; they reminded me that the portions were quite large and not to order too much. Disadvantages: 1. The breakfast is not great; the variety is limited. 2. All bathroom fixtures are Grohe. The wall-mounted toilet with a rear flush is unnecessary; water tends to splash out when flushing. Be careful with the hot water in the shower; the water pressure on the fourth floor is too low. Ideally, it should be at least 0.3 MPa. 3. The charging ports on the table are oddly placed; there are quite a few, but my charger was difficult to plug in. (See picture below) Overall, it's a good hotel, very cost-effective, comfortable, and quiet."

"Let's start with the positives – the butler service was very friendly, and the lobby staff were enthusiastic. When I was leaving with all my bags, one of them even proactively asked if I needed help. The hotel room was very quiet, and I slept wonderfully, waking up naturally at 9:45 AM. It's been a long time since I've had such a good lie-in! Next, I really appreciate the little surprise the hotel prepared for our anniversary; my family was very happy. All these points deserve a five-star rating. Now for some personal suggestions. The main area I recommend improving is breakfast. Having stayed at various family-friendly hotels, from far-flung places like Atlantis to nearby ones like all the Kaiyuan Senbo and Giraffe Hotels, including other Club Med locations, this was my first time at the Taicang branch, and I had a poor experience with the beverages. On the first day, we went around 8 AM, and on the second day, after 10 AM, some food stations weren't open. Normally, everything is open during the summer holidays, but I'll set that aside, as every hotel has its own plans. However, let me address the specific beverage issues. On the first day, the freshly squeezed juice in the restaurant was consistently only filled to one-third of the glass. There's really no need for that; if people want more, they'll simply get refills. Two-thirds is a normal serving, especially since the cups are small. On the second day, I went for freshly squeezed juice at 10:05 AM and couldn't get a single cup; there were only a few scattered watermelon slices. The hot milk was also not refilled and was consistently out of stock. This really feels a bit stingy. The evening activities felt less engaging compared to Nanjing. Nanjing's activities had much more interaction. I still vividly remember children and adults gathering in a circle, singing and dancing together, everyone enjoying drinks, chatting while watching the show, and kids participating on stage."
