"Location: The location is excellent, probably one of the most central spots in Taicang. It's just a five or six-minute walk to Wanda Plaza. Facilities: This seems to be an older hotel, and the in-room facilities are a bit dated. However, the lobby on the first floor is decent. The parking, both above and underground, was almost full, indicating a high occupancy rate. The swimming pool, though, was incredibly crowded, like a 'dumpling soup,' making it impossible to actually swim. Cleanliness: It was quite clean. Service: The response time was pretty prompt."

The rooms are really modern and smart, with automatic curtains lol. :) However the rooms are not super large and especially the space around the sink is a bit limited. But the loveliness combined with the advanced interior make this a really special place!"

"This is my first negative hotel review on Trip.com, and it's for this place. When I checked in, I realized I hadn't booked a room with breakfast, so I bought two. Buying it at the hotel was more expensive than the Trip.com package. On Trip.com, my room type with breakfast was just over 800 [currency unit], but buying breakfast separately made the total over 900 [currency unit], an extra 90-plus [currency unit]. The staff didn't even mention it, and I only found out after comparing prices back in my room. If it was just my own oversight, that'd be one thing, but I later discovered that for this price on Trip.com, I could have gotten a free room upgrade. So why wasn't I proactively offered an upgrade during the off-peak season? Breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, but when I arrived around 9:20 AM, there were only leftovers from the already limited selection. There was only one sad-looking fried egg left. I understand making less food during the off-season when there are fewer guests, but you're charging me 109 [currency unit] per person. And the hot food wasn't even good. In the room, the duvet on the bed had dust on it, and it felt damp when I slept. The overhead shower was broken, and so was the shower attachment for the bathtub. This is the first time I've encountered toothpaste in a sachet. For this price, I also had to buy my own drinks. And who knows what brand the hairdryer was."

"A truly satisfying stay! The two young men at the front desk were incredibly warm and cheerful. We even got a room upgrade, and despite being near the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet. The carpet was wonderfully thick, and the room layout was very well thought out. This is definitely the top choice for anyone traveling to or on business in Taicang."

"Was recommended to this hotel as the location is very good. True enough, the location is super as Wanda Plaza is just a stroller... However, as I am kind of allergic to Smoke, I requested a NON Smoking room... unfortunately, once we entered our room, the smoke smelled were so terrible....there is a No Smoking sign, but the fact there is an ashtray, it suggested otherwise.... Luckily we only stayed for 1 night... Breakfast is good though... In a nutshell, if you are okay with Smoke, the hotel is pretty good. However, for a NON smoker and allergic to Smoke, better think twice...."

"The price and location were convenient. However, the receptionist was an older lady who seemed angry about my booking, claiming that I paid less money. Even though I booked through Trip.com and the price matched what was listed on the app, I didn’t respond and simply went to my room. Additionally, I later discovered a cockroach in my room and I complain to the same old lady about this but she replied”deal by yourself”🧐Despite all these the hotel is reasonable for average people with limited budgets, and while the service reflects its affordability, improvements in staff attitude and cleanliness could enhance the experience."
