"Ostello Bello Grande is a clean and comfortable youth hostel. The capsule beds are exceptionally clean, spacious enough, and provide a secure night's sleep. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The location is generally good, about 3 kilometers from Milan Central Station, requiring a short bus ride, which makes getting around quite convenient. It offers good value for money, and I highly recommend it for solo travelers!"

"I wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since it’s covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. There’s a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they don’t stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when they’ve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so it’s best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time "

"We received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious one-bedroom apartment, and the bed was large and comfortable. This hotel offered the best value for money during our independent trip to Italy. A car is definitely needed for convenient access to the city, as it's 17 kilometers from Milan Cathedral. Breakfast was decent, and the coffee was particularly good. Free parking is also available behind the hotel."

"My first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful."

"I chose the wrong location and hotel for my stay at Milan, Lucky the hotel is preparing a bus shuttle for guests to and from hotel-airport. Overall the room of the hotel is big enough for couples who stayed with quite a lot of luggage. During my 7 nights I stayed at it happen one time they are not cleaning my room and I can only get new towels that deliver to my room with the reception directly. It seems they have less staff. Anyway with the good service of front office and transportation for transfer to Malpensa Airport all the unpleasant things can be covered. Thanks"
