"We needed a hotel close to Milan Certosa Station and it was a perfect fit. Spacious room and bathroom, great breakfast (quite varied and of good quality), very helpful staff who provided us an LTE router for a day. Walking distance to the tram and train stations. Grocery stores and excellent places to eat nearby (L’immagine bistrot is highly recommended). All in all, it’s a great place for a couple nights stay."

"The hotel is located in the financial district, surrounded by office buildings and plenty of shops. The subway station right outside the entrance is super convenient. There's also a high bar not too far downstairs, which is great for a night out. I felt quite safe returning to the hotel past midnight."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right across the street from the main train station, and having a subway entrance downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby. I stayed for three nights, and the convenience of getting around was a huge plus. I booked a balcony room, and the view was great, plus the room was spotless. The service was also very good. My only real complaint is that the in-room facilities and amenities were quite inconvenient. I could overlook not having a kettle or coffee maker (though room service could bring a kettle if needed), but there weren't even any regular drinking glasses – only two small mouthwash cups on the sink. For a triple room, there was only one stool... Overall, it's a great spot with good hygiene and a nice view; just don't expect much else from the amenities."

"The room isn't very big, which was fine for us since we didn't have luggage. If you have large suitcases, it might feel a bit cramped. The soundproofing is terrible; the neighbors closing their door woke us up in the morning. It's actually a bit of a walk from the train station, about 15 minutes."

"usual Hilton property with quiet rooms. we traveled by Flix bus from Geneva and reached Lampugnano bus stop and took a direct train to this hotel which is situated in north Milan. both Duomo and city centre can be conveniently reached by metro from the hotel. can not comment on breakfast as we had booked room only. the rooms were modern and spacious with comfortable beds. bathroom facilities were good particularly the body lotion which was really of Hilton level. however it was sad that the reception did not provide shaving kit when requested. Milan was crowded beyond imagination however we saw Brera on 1st sudsy of the month for free for the 2nd time. "

Don't mind the stern-faced front desk staff; it doesn't affect their helpful service and clear explanations. I imagine language barriers might add some stress for them. **Location:** It's in the old town, about 2-3 blocks from the M1/M2 metro lines, a 7-10 minute walk. There's a small convenience store nearby and a Carrefour supermarket two blocks away, which is genuinely inexpensive by Shanghai standards. **Breakfast:** The bread selection was a bit limited. They had ham, salad, cheese, and coffee, but no live egg station. Those with a 'Chinese stomach' might find it a bit challenging. **Overall Impression:** The location is decent, and the deciduous tree-lined streets in the neighborhood are quite picturesque. The interior decor and layout are more traditional European. The facilities can't compare to four- or five-star hotels in China, and there's no gym. Overall, it's sufficient for a business trip or a travel stopover. The price is lower compared to other hotels in the vicinity, so there's really not much to complain about."
