"The room was big and spacious; there was a double bed and a set of twin beds. There were two small balconies from which you could see the national library. The toilet was ok, the shower would flood and there was a wooden beam kinda hanging loose. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof and you can hear the noise from the upstairs and neighbouring rooms (especially the toilet noises)."

"What a pleasant surprise! Location is great only 5 minutes walk from train station. There is one bridge to walk over, easy enough to do with a luggage bag and depending on the time of day/night there are baggage porters at the station whom can take the luggage for a small fee (approximately $5 per bag) Rooms smaller in size approx 19sqm fitted a Queen and single just enough room to accommodate our minimal time spent in it mostly sleeping as we were out and about exploring anything and everything. No view but window could open and the AC worked well. Small TV and the shower over bath was a bonus also had body wash and hand wash, towels with heated towel rack. Again small but enough for what we needed. View rooms also available. Level 1 and 2 have stairs (no lift) but the staff will assist if you ask however everyone including us took our own luggage. Great checkin and then meet Angel the following morning whom was able to extend us for two more nights and keep us in the same room. The breakfast was ample consisting of tea/coffee,juice, fruits,pastries,bread with options to toast,deli plate hams,cheeses,tomatoes and the usual Nutella,Jams etc my favourite yogurt and granola/oats. Best of all location,get a 24,48 or longer public boat pass to use throughout your stay and also takes you to Murano and Burano. Location,Location,Location!"

"The hotel is very close to the train station, within walking distance. However, be careful when exiting the station after getting off the train, as there are two directions. Don't go towards the elevator; instead, take the exit at the back. After a short flight of stairs, go straight until you see a roundabout, and the hotel is right behind it. It's very easy to find. The owner is Chinese and very friendly. The breakfast is also plentiful. The service is excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch."

"Staying on a higher floor is recommended, as the ground floor seems to be a bar or something similar, and it gets quite noisy. The hotel is very close to the train station, just a short walk away. There are also several good Chinese restaurants nearby. I took a walk around the neighborhood one evening and ended up in a community that seemed to have a lot of Black residents. It's probably best not to wander around there at night."

"Hotel is very good situated, near the waterbus-station, grocery store and a short walk from the Lido beach. Room was new, clean and on the first floor. It had a Hugo shower and good aircondition. The Reception was not the greatest peopleservers but we managed. Breakfast was ok for the price, do not expect anything fancy. I would choose this hotel again because of the location and the newly renovated room 👍"

"This hotel was the worst I've stayed at during my trip to Europe. The WiFi kept dropping five or six times in about three minutes, the air conditioning wasn't heating up and I couldn't sleep at night because it was so cold, my feet were covered in dust after walking barefoot in the room, the shower water wasn't hot enough, although the hot water in the sink was hot enough..."

"The location is convenient. The front desk staff was very nice and arranged everything for me. The hotel is always very historical, so the facilities are relatively old, but overall it is clean. It is a good choice."

"This hotel was truly the best value for money on our trip. Even though it's located in the block behind the train station, it's actually not far and is very quiet, with no train noise. The area feels like a residential neighborhood, and while it was a bit dark, there were no strange people around. I really think people don't need to crowd into the hotels directly in front of the train station; this one is genuinely excellent."

"Friends who are driving outside the ztl area can rest assured that the hotel's free parking lot, the room is poorly soundproofed, sneezing next door, speaks clearly, and the bathroom is very small. I ’m very satisfied that we checked out the owner. Let's park the car for a long time, thanks"

"Perfect cheap clean hotel for my early flight, multiple bus lines 15 mins from VCE airport. Air con works perfect in summer. Everything is very basic, nothing fancy, but they keep the room look and smell very clean which is a big plus. Small bed small room small shower closet. Paid a few euro for breakfast and got a few euro worth of breakfast which is not bad. Recommend if you just need a clean room and don't need anything fancy."
