"This place needs some serious attention. First of all there was NO hot water. We got in late so we did not go to the front desk we just hit the sack. A few hours later the air conditioner/heater was making such a racket we had to turn it off, even though it was on 45 degrees Outside. Never mind the pool of water all over the floor next to it. The next morning, no hot water again. I went to the front desk. No one there. Just a kiosk to check in or out. Continental breakfast? Yup. If you like lukewarm coffee. What a nightmare of a place"

The grounds are immaculately kept, and there are luxurious touches everywhere in the rooms and common areas for guests to enjoy. Hostess Bonnie Bell puts her heart and soul into her work, and we felt incredibly pampered with scrumptious meals and anything we needed for the room. A complimentary glass of champagne went down extra well after a long day at the beach. This is also a fabulous jumping off point for a quick walk to Cocoa shops and restaurants. We were in town for the Cocoa art festival, and hope to make this a yearly tradition. Cannot recommend this wonderful inn highly enough."
