"We spent 2 days here in Yira, book either of the sunrise tents! The view is amazing! Get up early, long before sunrise, it is well worth it. The tents are immaculate as stated and well worth the money spent. Take a walk through the property, it has hidden treasures everywhere especially if you look down at the smaller plants. As small tip, Lisa the masseuse did such a good job my wife stated it was one of the best she ever had!"

"Stayed for 4 nights from late December to early January and just loved it. Well signposted and easy to find, key left at reception with a welcoming note. On entering our room we were struck by how spacious it was, and cool, as it was pretty warm outside. Everything that was promised was there and it was clean to a level of spotlessness. The real star of the show is the surrounds and the view from the patio at the rear, which is stunning, with the Blackwood River just metres away. Bed incredibly comfotable and the nights were unbelievably quiet, even New Years Eve, where we may have heard some revellers cheer in the new year at midnight from across the river and that was only because we were outside ourselves. Birds are fed in the afternoon and are not shy in coming up to the feeding area, even if you're sitting outside, very close to them. Bridgetown is just a two minute walk away and is lovely; we were never stuck for things to do or places to go and we both said we'd like to visit again. Special mention to Julian at Tweed Valley Lodge who came to our rescue when we locked ourself out and arrived very soon after we'd made the fairly embarassing phone call. He was incredibly good natured about it too. A terrific place to stay to see Bridgetown and have a very relaxing time."

The room we had was excellent and the lounge and breakfast areas were amazing. The grounds and the views were picture postcard. Overall a great mini break. Mike and Ailsa."
