Hotels in Central Brussels, Brussels

I was in Brussels for a conference, staying a total of 5 nights for both work and leisure. The room rate averaged out to 1000 per night. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Rogier metro station and very close to Gare du Nord (North Station), though due to safety concerns, taking the metro is recommended. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Place and other attractions. Honestly, the room wasn't new, but it was exceptionally clean, and the window view was nice. My only complaint is the constant sirens from police cars and ambulances on Botanique street, which were quite loud. The overall service attitude at the hotel was great. I left something behind when I checked out and came back to look for it; they diligently helped me search, and I eventually found it. A hotel can significantly improve one's impression of a city, and my very positive impression of Brussels is largely thanks to this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel looks so chic and the staff are very friendly. You can ask them to borrow a lock for the locker in the room. They provide hairdryer, handsoap, hair shampoo and shower gel as well. My only complaint is that the kitchen is open from 9am-11pm. We normally wake up at 6-7am to have breakfast so this is a bit inconvenient. The area is also quite safe at night. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the metro station, just a 2-minute walk to the entrance, and a 5-minute walk to Grand Place. The service was fantastic! We were originally supposed to check in the next day, but when we went the night before to ask if we could check in early the next morning and store our luggage, the front desk attendant was incredibly friendly. She offered to let us complete the check-in process that night and just drop off our bags the next morning, which was totally unexpected and a huge help since we were in a rush the following day. The hotel lobby is spacious and offers complimentary fruit tea. Aside from the rooms being a bit small and the facilities a bit dated, everything else was great.

The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to the Brussels Grand Place, within walking distance. Numerous restaurants and shops are located downstairs. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and upgrades. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering excellent value for money.

The hotel is located in the city center, making it convenient to walk to many attractions. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby, offering a wide selection of international cuisines, and a supermarket for groceries, which is very handy!

The hotel's location is pretty good – right next to a metro station and very close to the city center. It's quite quiet at night, though Brussels' streets in general aren't the cleanest. It's also super convenient to get to Midi Station directly by metro, and North Station is within walking distance. The hotel facilities are generally quite new, but there's no kettle. However, the coffee machine is good, and it comes with four free capsules. They clean the room daily, and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. The only downside was that there was a power outage on the day I checked out. I had to walk down the stairs to ask, and they said the whole hotel was affected and an electrician was working on it, but it was back on shortly after. They have a dedicated room for luggage storage. (P.S. Belgian food is delicious, definitely give it a try!)

So close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻

Stayed at this hotel for the second time and the service was very good. There are no vacancies due to early arrival at the hotel. The hotel adjusted in time and arranged to move in without letting me wait too long. There is also a waiter who can speak Chinese, which is very convenient. Not far from the city center and convenient transportation. The breakfast is also good. The room facilities are complete, as well as intimate gifts and greeting cards. Stay here next time.

Manager strictly followed her working hours, weak problem-solving efficiency and no service sense. more details in Chinese ... 旅游回来一个月了，想想还是要把不好的体验分享出来，让其他人避雷。 6月21日-24日在这酒店住了3个晚上，总体概括就是：没有一个房间是完全没有问题的，而且酒店处理效率低、经理态度傲慢。 第1天，派给我们的第1个房间，空调正常，但浴室无通风、水压低、水温难以控制，而且床头没有插头无法充电，也没有电话，联系前台要亲自下楼。前台人员上来检查，确认情况后同意换房。 去到第2个房间，问题反过来了，浴室水压水温都正常，床头也有插头有电话，但最大问题是，空调不正常！欧洲高温天气众所周知，没有空调根本没法睡啊。 店员表示当晚没有其它房间可以换了，而且上述问题也无法保证次日能解决，我们第2天早上要打包寄存行李，等重新派房。 于是，第1个晚上的解决办法：在B房间洗澡，然后回A房间睡觉。 第2天，大概晚上8点回到酒店，大门在晚上如果前台不在是要刷房卡才能开大门的。因为还没有重新派房，我们也没有房卡，前台没人，拍门也没人回应。没办法，只能翻出预订确认单上酒店电话，打了个国际长途，叫人来开门。是不是有点匪夷所思？前台店员说，因为只有她一个人，刚才上楼上房间处理问题了。我说没房卡进不去，前台没人进不去，那新入住的客人岂不是要一直等在门外？难道没有晚上来办理入住的客人吗？店员只有不断的说sorry，因为确实只有她一个人。 好不容易上房间了，结果发现窗帘是掉落的。因为层高比较高，没有工具也没法把钩子重新挂上去。请了前台的人来，说要第二天上午house keeping的人才能搞。为了不要再换房，我们只能让步接受，做好戴眼罩的准备。当时对店员表示对两天房间的各种问题表示不满，店员除了说sorry，啥都解决不了，让我们第二天跟他们经理说。但经理的上班时间就是我们外出的时间，根本没法碰上啊。 第3天，早上出发前特地到前台提醒，记得让house keeping处理掉落的窗帘。下午回到酒店比往常稍早，发现窗帘根本没搞好。到前台，居然碰到了酒店经理，但人家已经换好衣服准备下班了。跟她理论了一番，为何又等了一天，问题还是没解决。美女经理除了说sorry，就是说他们没有工具可以搞，还说早上问我们要不要换房，是我们拒绝了。你们house kepping能把窗帘搞好，我为啥还要换房呢？！还说她已经下班了，这个问题等明天上班再处理。第二天我都要离店了，还跟你理论个啥？！真的很恼火，我表示要投诉的。美女经理保持着职业微笑，表示sorry我也解决不了，而且我要下班了。真的被气到了！一通电话打到携程去投诉。平台态度和处理结果倒算可以，最后给了点补偿，以平复我这异常不满的情绪。 上述很多问题都无法用图片展示，当时也没有特地拍照，只有窗帘问题，因为要下楼跟前台沟通，所以拍了照。 看着评分4.5，交通便利等优点，选择了这家酒店。一心想着连住3晚，结果在1家酒店就挪了2次窝（按酒店经理的打算，得挪3次）。旅途原本就疲累，还要遇上这样的糟心事，真的非常无奈，心累啊！

Great location! It's about a 12-minute walk from the Central Station, and the walk to the hotel is pleasant. We enjoyed looking around as we walked. The soundproofing was decent; we booked two rooms, and both were facing the road, but thankfully, the sound insulation held up. Breakfast is definitely worth getting, as they offer hot food. The rooms are spacious but the facilities are just average. Cleanliness was good. Overall, excellent value for money.
