Self check-in was a bit challenging, but we managed with the help of the front desk staff. After that, the service was pleasant and straightforward. At the café where breakfast was served, the service was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was adequate, a bit unusual, but the specialty coffees were a plus! :)

The hotel was very comfortable and was very clean. I would not consider it a hotel because at least during our stay they did not make the room and I think it is one of the services you expect when booking a hotel instead of another accommodation option. Finally, in our case we had the bad luck of having very disturbed people on the upper floor, which made it quite difficult for us to rest as they were heard their screams and footsteps. It is thankful that you are given a small bottle of wine of courtesy.

Had a wonderful one night stay for my birthday. Was kindly upgraded to a high floor with stunning balcony views, and left a cake and bottle of fizzy. Room was large, comfortable bed and extremely quiet. Bathroom was large with powerful shower. Hotel staff were polite and efficient. Recommend to all, hope to return .

The hotel and its facilities were Grande!!! High aesthetic spaces. In the best and most central point of Bucharest. The only negative was that it did not have good internet in the rooms. In the other areas it was okay but in the rooms it was almost non-existent. On the ground floor of the hotel there was an excellent coffee shop. Maybe the best in all of Bucharest. The breakfast was good. For its luxury the price was very good.

Overall a good stay for the price. A good in-between for the airport and the old town part of the city. The only gripe I had was the shower head holder was broken, but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

The hotel exterior is historical but the interior is very spacious modern well equipped like an apartment. I stayed 3 nights here and enjoy so much. Location is central near old town. Metro station is around 7 mins away on foot. The breakfast is very tasty. Price great. But there's street noise when opening the door of the balcony.

Perfect spot for a Bucharest city break! The location is unbeatable—right at the edge of the Old Town, making it a 5-minute walk to landmarks like the Stavropoleos Monastery. The vibe is exactly what you expect from a Moxy: modern, energetic, and very social. The rooms are a bit compact but super clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Special thanks to the staff for being so welcoming. Great base if you’re planning to explore the city or heading onward to Sofia!

Good, clean and clean, quite near (5min walk) to the Roman square where you can take buses and metro to tour the city. There is a parking available for cars (about 3 seats), but it is not guaranteed, so if the structure is full you may not find the parking if not paid on the blue strips in front of the hotel or in the immediate vicinity. If I have to make a note, it concerns the moulding mattress and the pine beds (I can't stand them create too many temperature swings during my sleep). The staff is kind, available and careful.

An amazing hotel, really accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend. They kindly upgraded us on arrival aswell. Thankyou for your kindness
