"In every conceivable way Palazzi Tiglio lives up to its billing as a small luxury hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. A fantastic welcome, a knockout room (room 1 - though I’m sure the others will also be beautiful), comfortable bed, beautiful linen and furnishings everywhere, a complimentary drink before a sensational dinner and an amazing wine list. Waking up to a quick swim and fabulous breakfast before driving off into the Tuscan sunshine. If you are in the area and can get a room I would totally recommend that you do. "Nestled in the Tuscan hills, the owner is welcoming. The triple room is large and has a private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. Breakfast is a bit limited, not enough for all of us, served with a tray of pastries, fresh bread, and prosciutto ham that the owner sliced ​​on the spot. The cappuccino could definitely be improved. Overall, it's acceptable, but the breakfast and room amenities, such as daily room cleaning, could be improved. The bed and pillows are a bit hard... oh, one thing missing are blinds or shutters. There's only one curtain that doesn't block out the morning light."

"We stayed there for a few days in a self catered Villa while attending a nearby wedding. Beware that the accommodation is quite difficult to find - it took us several attempts! The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the furnishings were a bit outdated. The bed and bedding was quite poor quality and the lighting was bad throughout the accommodation. The grounds have much to offer though, with nice seating areas, a large pool and sport equipment available. Reception staff was helpful - they don’t have bar staff on shift, but were happy to make us coffee or sell drinks when requested. It would have been nice to have a few more basic things at the villa (e.g. washing up liquid), given it was self catered. "
