"WARNING. This hotel misrepresents its location on Hotels, Tip and Vio. It shows itself as being in the city centre when it is, in fact. 4.5 km to the north, surrounded by rural fields. I discovered this the agency and the hotel refused to refund me. Both the 'gm' email address on the hotel website and the reservations email address bounce back to my email inbox."

"Upon check-in, there was an on going brownout in the area, but fortunately they gave us a room with window. The place was good, the hotel is in the city proper. But in our room, there were black ants in the wall. The cr flush was not working. Also, the aircon was a bit old and it kinda sounds disturbing. However, the receptionist who was on duty from late afternoon til night was accommodating. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and will recommend for those who’s in a budget."
