"this trip was for the Gallipoli parade clean cosy atmosphere friendly staff,however there was an advert in the lift advertising late night pizzas after 10pm we divided to try this, the staff had no idea about it they had to go in the lift to read the sign for themselves and just simply said we don't have any pizza, was disappointed. this hotel has no car park but it is next door to the metro and the bus station"

"I didn't get an experience. first time trying to book a hotel and I lost the money I paid the money for 2 nights stay and didn't realise there was a deposit until already booked of 150 pound which I didn't have I just wanted to get out of the cold because 28 recently become homeless and use the last of my money to get out of the winters cold and they wouldn't even refund me anything they just took my money for nothing had no money no where to go so thanks red hall hotel for ******* my day up appreciate that you don't give 2 fucks"
