The room is quite spacious, and it's super convenient to get here by taking Metro Line 1. Just exit from Gate 7, walk straight for about 800 meters, and then turn right slightly – you're there! Be aware that Gate 7 doesn't have an escalator. If you have large luggage, you can use the elevator located at the diverging path to the right of Gate 5, which will bring you up right next to Gate 7.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. It rained throughout my stay, so I didn't go out to explore and just stayed at the hotel. The hotel has direct access to Lotte Department Store, the underground shopping street, and the subway station, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient.

Pros Comfort & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with solid soundproofing for a restful stay. In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy. Something not suggest this. Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and bus stops, making travel easy. The room was clean and tidy, though the bed was a bit narrow. The room view was fantastic. The twin room had enough space. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the quality was good, and some items changed daily. I couldn't find a switch for the indoor ventilation fan.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next door to Lotte Department Store's main branch. In the evenings, you step right out into the lively nightlife of Seomyeon. Transportation is also very convenient, being close to both the subway and bus stations. The room interiors are clean and well-maintained, with tasteful decor. The staff are warm and attentive, and the cleaning lady who serviced our room was especially considerate. We didn't want daily cleaning, so we hung the 'do not disturb' sign, but every time we saw her, she would proactively ask if we needed anything, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, everything was great, and I highly recommend staying here.

I was quite worried because the accommodation seemed to have been built only a few days ago, so there were no reviews and it didn't show up on maps. However, unlike the exterior, the interior was well-maintained, and it was incredibly quiet despite being in a busy area. The bathroom and shower room were spotless, and I was surprised to see a body dryer in every stall!! I also liked that breakfast was included and there was an unlimited alcohol time, albeit for just one hour!! The location in Seomyeon is excellent, and the subway isn't too far away, which is great! Everything was thoughtfully prepared, including a water dispenser, a small exercise area in the basement, towels, pajamas, a water dispenser, cotton swabs, and a comb. It was excellent!! If they just maintain it consistently, it would be a truly great place!!

Great value for money and an excellent location. The hotel is right next to Bujeon Station, making it easy to get around Busan. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and complimentary bottled water was provided. It's located next to Bujeon Market and within a short walk of the underground shopping area in Seomyeon. The nearby Hagfish Alley is a great place to experience a unique local specialty. The area is convenient but not as crowded or busy as Seomyeon itself, making it a nice place to stay while still being close to all the action. Overall, a comfortable and affordable base for exploring Busan.

Great location, 3 mins walk to the main shopping area and subway stations,restaurants etc 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The twin bed room was a bit small for 2, hardly to open the suitcase and dusts at the back of the window curtains didn’t clean well 👎🏼 if you are a light sleeper like me this hotel might not be your first choice. You can hear clearly at night next door talking and walking past the room outside :( Front desk staffs were helpful and provided with great attitude 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

The bathtub is huge. The fridge is a mini-fridge. The quad room space is decent, enough to open up suitcases. The beds are super comfortable. During our stay, the front desk on the first floor always asked if we wanted housekeeping. The laundry room is on the second floor, and you have to buy detergent from the front desk on the first floor. Even in late July/August, the rooftop was very cool at night. They also provide drinks and ice, so you can go up to the rooftop and relax. It's quite close to Funai Valley Station, but if you're only using Uber, it doesn't really matter.

- The location is good, just one stop from Ryomen Station (about a 15-minute walk to Ryomen Station). - Toothbrushes and razors are available at the front desk if needed. There's also a fridge at the front desk where you can get water. - For multi-night stays, if you need cleaning, you note it in a book at the front desk. - It was nice to have a bathtub. However, the smell from the plumbing was a bit concerning.
