7.6 (105 reviews)

The Copper Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western ★★

📍 1550 W Highway 260, Camp Verde

"I stayed here for one night to break up my journey from Phoenix to Flagstaff. The hotel is basic but was generally clean and it was an affordable place for me to get some rest. Bedding was comfortable but the furniture and fittings were a little bit worn, including in the bathroom. I would also criticise that the walls were a little thin and the door to the corridor had a large gap at the bottom which did cause some noise disturbance overnight from other guests and neighbouring rooms watching TV. Breakfast is basic but ample for the price. It is a 30 minute drive from Cottonwood and about 40 minutes to Sedona from this hotel. You are also located very close to Montezuma National Monument which is a must see in this area."

The Lodge at Cliff Castle Casino ★★
"The place was old and out dated. We thought we were staying at the casino. However, the place was a separate creepy building down the hill from the hotel. No workers around. Just us customers."

The Copper Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western ★★
"We stayed here on our way to Sedona. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach our room at the back of the second floor. The bathtub was small, but considering the price, I think it was reasonable. It's only about 30 minutes from Sedona, so it's a good option if you want to keep your budget down."
