"The hotel was much better than I expected and I had a great time. The atmosphere was great and it wasn't a mass-market hotel, so it was great! The location was far from Palma, so it was hard to get there, but it was worth it! They also lent me bicycles, which was great! I'd like to go again someday!"

"The breakfasts and the restaurant are fantastic, really top notch, fantastic. The rooms are a bit basic and very dated for the cost. Mallorca finca style is all well and good, but for this price, the rooms should be better and the 15 Euros to use the spa is a bit much and might be while its empty. The outdoor pools are really nice. The area is good but I'm not sure you would want to spend a lot of time in this area of Mallorca."

Very well located: away from the tourist crowds but close to everything by car. Our only regret: not having booked more nights! We will come back for a longer stay, that's for sure!"

"A somewhat unusual hotel located inland near the small town of Compos. Our room, a Junior Suite, was quirky and really cool. It could have done with having a bath as well as a shower. Some of the standard rooms looked quite small. The reception is not manned 24/7 and even during the normal working day it was often unoccupied and you were expected to use WhatsApp to make contact. The pool is very small and the pool bar (the only bar at the hotel) was only open for a few hours a day and closed around 530pm The restaurant was a pretty basic structure and was sweltering at breakfast time. The breakfast choices were limited to say the least. The evening menu was really good however and foodies will love the choices and quality of the food. The grounds were sort of impressive with lots of bits of art dotted here and there although there was no coherent theme - it felt like things had been collected and just scattered around the grounds. The local town had little to offer and nearest restaurants were about 15 min drive away. On the plus side this meant they were full of locals and not the usual tourist traps. If you are staying here you definitely need a car."

"Gem of a small hotel. Stayed here 2 nights on a biking trip and would happily have stayed longer. It’s very traditional, only 8 or 9 rooms and run by two sisters who gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and had period Art Deco furnishings. Large bathroom and it even had a small balcony overlooking the pretty interior courtyard. There is an indoor pool which was cold in early May but would be lovely in hot weather. It’s central to the town - there isn’t much in Campos itself, but everything there is lies within 5-10 mins walk of the hotel. Highly recommended."

"Very disappointing! Before booking, communication with Xisco (the owner) was very quick and friendly. However, when we had to travel to Barcelona due to a sudden death in the family and couldn't use our reservation, there was absolutely no understanding or willingness to compromise. Messages and calls were initially ignored. Instead, the amount was simply debited from our card without any prior communication or explanation. Only after repeated inquiries did we receive the terse message: "Buenas tardes, dirección ha decidido aplicar los términos de la reserva. Lo sentimos." It's not about the money, but about the manner in which things were handled: In such an exceptional family situation, the least they could have done was offer the option of rebooking for another weekend. Instead, we experienced no human decency whatsoever. We find it very regrettable that guests are treated this way while rooms remain empty and are advertised. To us, this is a disrespectful and cold attitude. We cannot recommend this hotel. Español: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Muy decepcionante. Antes de la reserve, la communication with Xisco (el dueño) for rapid and amable. If you have a family relationship and need to travel to Barcelona, ​​you will not receive any compensation or flexibility. No contest will be sent without mentioning the principle, and direct payment of the money on the card without notice. "I can’t even put into words how great my experience was at this hotel when my wife and I took our anniversary trip. This is a small boutique hotel in a small town and if I ever come back to Mallorca I’m 100% staying there for the entire trip. The rooms were spacious and immaculate with a big bed for Europe and the most comfortable pillows and mattresses. The sheets were extremely soft and I had my best sleep of my two week trip around Spain here at this hotel. The hotel comes with an amazing breakfast (not usual in Spain to come with the room). You get both an assortment of pastries, meats, cheese’s and access to a versatile coffee machine. IN ADDITION, you can order egg or crepe dishes a la carte that are included. Not to mention every room can reserve up to an hour a day in the spa free of charge and it’s private to just you. Lastly, but also most importantly, the staff is extremely nice and accommodating, especially Silvie. Silvie made our time in Mallorca amazing with both her knowledge about the island and attitude toward life itself. She has been in Mallorca for 20+ years and every suggestion and recommendation she had in regards to beaches and Calas as well as how to best attack the day were spot on. Her enthusiasm for the island and enjoying life itself rubs off on you and makes your time there that much better. I can’t recommend this hotel or taking the time to talk with Silvie enough."

"We had an amazing 3-night stay at Fontsanta and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They even took care of our luggage from the car, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of my favorite details was that they packed us a beach basket every day, complete with towels, bottled water, and an umbrella. It made our beach outings effortless and showed how attentive they are to their guests. They were also incredibly helpful with the local area, giving us a great driving itinerary and recommending some beautiful calas to visit. The spa was peaceful, and incredibly relaxing, and the staff there were just as kind and helpful. Dinner each evening was outstanding. The pig was so delicious that we ordered it twice during our stay! The other hotel guests were also very nice to interact with. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. By the end of our stay, Fontsanta felt less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. We left feeling completely relaxed and would happily return."

"My husband and I received a warm welcome from Julie at this beautiful location. The idyllic setting is perfect for relaxation. The region is dotted with rosemary, olive trees, and beautiful citrus trees. The pools have matching loungers and shady spots. Our room (a junior suite) was clean and beautifully furnished. The breakfast with local products was phenomenal. Now for the less pleasant part. As already described here, you have to order dinner the morning of, as everything is freshly cooked. Unfortunately, we placed our order by phone at 1:30 p.m. while we were out and about. I was told on the phone that the menu consisted of pork. Since I don't eat meat, I asked for a fish alternative and asked for a call back. Julie, however, promised me that it would be okay. So that evening at 7:30 p.m. we went out to eat with great anticipation. We waited and waited for our food........ Various families and couples who had already eaten their main course arrived around us after us. After 90 minutes of waiting on the extremely uncomfortable chairs (never experienced anything so uncomfortable), I finally lost my temper and went to the kitchen to ask how long we had to wait. I was dismissed with the reply "give me just 2 minutes." The food arrived after 5 minutes, however. It was a 4x4 cm piece of salmon (which you can get anywhere; I don't need to go to Mallorca for this "fish") and 2x2 cm small potatoes. It was gone in one bite, and I was still hungry. The "checkoch," as everyone calls him here, had his ego so hurt that we didn't want anything from him the next day. Sadly, this evening cost us a whopping 90 euros. We received no compensation. On the contrary, we were treated with contempt. A shame; this experience greatly spoiled our stay. If you enjoy eating good fish and want to be served really nicely, be sure to visit Casa Manolo in Ses Salines. Decent portions and above-average service."

"Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. Unique and very peaceful. Loved seeing the turtles in the pond and the cockerells made sure we didn't sleep in! Great breakfast and we made full use of the bikes. Only 5k from the town centre and enjoyed a local fair during our stay. Car hire would be advisable if you don't want to use bikes and rely on taxis. Trip by bus into Manacor was lovely. All staff very helpful, from the receptionist to the handyman Benjamin. Had a great week. Thank you."

"We stayed at Hotel Segles for 4 nights whilst in Campos for a wedding. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed, including very good aircon, a big bathroom, mini fridge and a balcony. The best bit about our stay was member of the Hotel Segles team, nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly and attentive, from the two ladies on reception to the lovely guy who served us coffee and breakfast and the housekeeper! Each of them were wonderful. The breakfast was great, with different pastries everyday. The choice of hot eggs, with meats and cheeses, different varieties of bread, cereals etc. Thank you for a great stay!"

"A dream, very romantic hotel near the most famous beach in Mallorca. The rooms are very large, all of them have a double terrace, which is the first time we have seen a hotel of these characteristics. The beds are extra large and the decoration is very beautiful. Inside the room you have everything you need and the hotel manager Abel explained to us that it is a new and different concept so that the client is free and we feel at home and we loved it.
