"I stayed 3 days and 2 nights in the Family Suite. The room facilities were subpar, and the building felt old. Cleanliness was a major issue; there was dust everywhere, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The lighting was dim, and amenities were sparse – unlike other hotels, we only got two toothbrushes and hand soap, despite it being a family room for four people. We were assigned a room at the very end, near a storage area, and saw rats scurrying around outside our door multiple times. Staff seemed understaffed; we had to carry our own luggage from the lobby as there was no trolley available, and the path from the lobby to the room wasn't luggage-friendly. In the restaurant, staff were constantly absent; we pressed the bell repeatedly but no one came. When we mentioned it to reception, they said many food items weren't available, and any order would take over an hour, so we didn't end up trying the restaurant food during our stay. Many parts of the building need renovation as they are dilapidated and unsuitable for a hotel. On the bright side, they provided a water dispenser, so we didn't need to buy drinks outside. The garden should have a kids' play area; there's still empty land that could be utilized for this. The upper swimming pool was extremely dirty and unfit for swimming. For a split-level family room like ours, there should either be two AC units or one larger 2PK unit, as the upstairs was hot and the AC didn't cool it effectively, making it uncomfortable for those sleeping upstairs, especially since it was an old model. Even the security guard didn't offer help when he saw us struggling with our luggage; the staff seemed unhelpful and understaffed. There was no AC or fan in the lobby, so waiting to check-in during the day was quite hot."

"Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking. There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees. The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it."

"I WAS GOING THERE FOR A FIELD TRIP. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE EITHER FAKE OR AI. MY FRIENDS GOT BITTEN BY BED BUGS, THERE WERE ANTS SWARMING ALL AROUND, ROOM SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I SWEAR I SAW A PIMPLE PATCH ON THE WALL. THERE IS A LARGE SPIDER ON THE SIDE OF THE FIELD AND A WORM WATCHING ME SHOWER FROM THE BATHROOM."

"We chose this resort to celebrate our anniversary, and overall it was a truly memorable experience. The resort itself is beautiful and offers a very private, peaceful atmosphere — perfect for a special occasion. The private pool is well maintained, the bathroom was clean, and one thing we absolutely loved was the room decoration. It was beautifully arranged, thoughtful, and added a very romantic touch that made our anniversary feel even more special. That said, a few minor renovations are needed, particularly in the room area. The walls and ceiling have started to show black spots that look like mold due to humidity, and the door is also beginning to show signs of wear. While these did not ruin our experience, addressing them would certainly elevate the overall quality of the stay. Some facilities such as the fitness center and spa are currently not operating, which is a bit unfortunate. As a result, the stay is really all about relaxing, slowing down, and spending quality time together — something that actually suited our anniversary celebration perfectly. What truly made this stay stand out was the service. The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every request we made was accommodated beautifully. When we asked for additional lighting in the gazebo area, it was installed promptly. When we requested curtains to cover the pool area for more privacy, everything was already set up by the time we returned from our outing. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made us feel very well taken care of. The food was another highlight. Everything was delicious, with generous portions that made us feel thoroughly pampered. We received afternoon snacks, dinner, and breakfast, and it really felt like the resort went out of its way to spoil us throughout our anniversary stay. Overall, this was a very enjoyable, relaxing, and romantic experience. We would absolutely love to return in the future, especially once the buildings and facilities have been refreshed and better maintained.
