The room equipment is novel and clean, and the front desk staff is friendly. The breakfast is particularly worthy of praise. The food items and quality provided are excellent. The coin-operated washing and drying machines are also helpful. I originally planned to stay for two days, but I liked it so much that I stayed an extra day. I will definitely stay here next time I have a chance to go to Chicago."

"The entire pool area was very cold. The water was cold as well. Also the bottom of the pool is all broken loose rocks all throughout the bottom of the pool. My kids have cuts all over their knees and toes. It’s not safe. Staff was rude except for front desk lady. Overall an average score from me. Definitely will not be booking here again."
