"Bed Bugs!!! Upon arrival late at night, we were happy to be finally able to come to a rest after 14 hours on the road. The first impression was good as everything looked rather modern and still new. Unfortunately, when we checked our mattress for any signs of bed bugs, we found two of them. Alive. They were on the box of the box spring! We immediately left the room and notified the gentlemen at the front desk who weren't surprised at all, it seemed. Thankfully, we were moved to a new room that had no signs of pest, but staying there still made us feel uneasy."

"It’s a very clean establishment, the front desk. People are very nice and helpful and it is in a beautiful location next to the river. It would be an incredible place unless you value sleep . They place a smoke detector right above you in your bed with an extremely bright green light that flashes every 10 seconds so it’s almost like you get a strobe light effect all night which really isn’t awesome. You have zero control over the thermostat, I like to have the fan running for some airflow and white noise, but no matter how hard I tried I could not get it to turn on.. Overall, the best part were the trains that would come by and lay on their horn for 30 seconds right outside your window, that was pretty rad. Especially at 2:45 AM."

"It was my worst experience. The noise from the other rooms comes through. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bed is made of metal and makes a lot of noise, and the washroom is also quite old, including the tub. It was my absolute worst experience. I will never come back here."
