"First impressions of the hotel were great. The Christmas decor made it look fabulous. Staff were very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, including entertaining my little boy. We were extremely pleased to be staying there. Unfortunately, our stay was tainted by two late night parties (one was on New Year’s Eve so was expected to be on late but not going past 1am as we were told this wouldn’t be the case). It seemed there wasn’t any consideration for the guests staying in the hotel as loud music was playing until past midnight. It seemed that the family who run the business were treating it as if it was their house and not a hotel with paying guests in it. It was a shame these incidents had to overshadow our otherwise great stay there. "
