"We came with SSC Tour. The heaters weren't working, the rooms were freezing, and there was nothing to clean. Everything was dusty and dirty. There was noise from renovation work all night. Dinner wasn't ready; we filled our stomachs with pita bread. It was a complete disaster. We were forced to come here because there were no other businesses open due to Ramadan. It was the nightmare of our lives. There were 35 of us on the tour."
