"We came with SSC Tour. The heaters weren't working, the rooms were freezing, and there was nothing to clean. Everything was dusty and dirty. There was noise from renovation work all night. Dinner wasn't ready; we filled our stomachs with pita bread. It was a complete disaster. We were forced to come here because there were no other businesses open due to Ramadan. It was the nightmare of our lives. There were 35 of us on the tour."

"We stayed in this hotel for less than 20 hours. I think the location of the hotel was very suitable, and although the distance from the hotel to Uzungol lake was about one kilometer, we could reach the lake within 15 minutes on foot. The hotel was clean. Check-in and check-out were done very quickly and respectfully. The reception staff was very good. The breakfast of the hotel was proportionate to the level of the hotel. The surrounding of the hotel was very beautiful and memorable, the green hills covered with fog created very beautiful views. I was very satisfied with the hotel and its location, and I will definitely return to this hotel and stay for several nights."
