Why do I not know where the chef or the kitchen staff is!"

I still speak politely, I hope they take this into consideration. It was very bad, the management and the food were also bad. 46 of us went, 10 of us couldn't eat. Don't go, thank you."

"It's in a nice location. The staff are helpful, but they require a photocopy of ID, a signature, and a separate contract with clauses regarding issues like damage to the room or late check-out. The cleanliness wasn't bad, but it could be better. The table (on the balcony) was dirty, and the dish sponge was old and dirty; they replaced it upon request. They checked the room before we left, but I think we left it in a better state. I don't plan to stay there again."
