Apart from the view, there is not a single thing about this hotel that works. Terrible breakfast with discount products, everything inedible. Improvised staff. Horror parking and hotel inserted in a ZTL that practically makes you a prisoner. Never again!!!!"

"Had dinner the first night at the restaurant, some dirty cutlery asked to change, service and restaurant staff not very attentive, breakfast at 7.30 in the morning with dry cake from the day before, little choice of fruit, not 4 stars, reception at check out really rude and not very prepared for our departure, room cost calculations done summarily and with a request to wait until 8 because there was no one able to complete the exit procedures from the hotel. The only person who was able to welcome the customers was a girl at check in. Requested information they received annoyed and sparse answers. Inconvenient parking. Overall terrible experience. Not very kind, cleanliness that leaves much to be desired, staff to be reviewed."
