This is a 4 bedroom A-Frame style Chalet located 1 mile from downtown North Conway, feels like your in the woods but your close to all of the action. Great place to get away. Very well taken care of. 2 bedrooms have brand new Queen Size beds and the smaller bedroom has 2 twin beds. We have just added an addition that has a small bedroom with twin size bunk beds. We have a front deck and back deck with a barbeque grill. Full kitchen setup. Upstairs living room has a new 42 inch hdtv, huge sectional, a brand new recliner, and a dining room table that seats 8, also has a wood stove for a nice fire in the beautiful New Hampshire winters. The lower living room has a couch and recliner with a 36 inch TV and DVR and a gas stove. The upstairs has a huge loft for gaming, sleeping hanging out. Lots of room for parking vehicles or a boat in the driveway. Huge deck to grill, hangout, have a fire. Set back from all the kayos but close enough to be there with in 5 minutes. We are part of a great little private community called Balmoral. We are one mile from a private beach that sits on the great Lake Winnipesaukee. Boat launch for your convenience. This beach has a volleyball net, bocce ball court. Bring your corn hole boards to the beach! There is a playground behind the clubhouse as well as a tennis court. Basketball courts are a few streets away. Such a vacation destination for all seasons. Plenty todo within the area as well as 30-40 minutes away. Summer and winter fun for all let’s book today! We have cameras in outside in the front and back of the house.
