Mile High Retreat-Aspen Cabin is spacious, comfortable and cozy. Relax in the natural, peaceful setting while you dine on the deck or soak in the private hot tub. Enjoy abundant wildlife and beautiful mountain surroundings. There are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms each with a Queen size bed, and a Queen size sleeper couch and a futon in the living room. In the Master bedroom closet, there is a portable baby crib with linens.The Aspen is quiet and secluded yet easily accessible and centrally located between Mount Rushmore, Jewel Cave, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Mountain Carving, 1880 Steam Train and many other attractions in the Black Hills. Hiking, ATV trails, museums, shopping, antiquing, winery tours and tasting, dining, horseback riding, scenic drives, and the Needles Highway are nearby. There is a little woodland trail that connects the Aspen with the Ponderosa- a second cabin that is available. Making both cabins a great place for a larger group or a family reunion.Amenities include ample parking and a fully furnished kitchen with place settings for at least 16, silverware and a variety of cooking utensils and pans. There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, blender and crock pots (guests provide their own meals).Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in each cabin (laundry soap is provided ), bring your favorite laundry aids.
