"As we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and right away felt at home. We loved the outdoors as we did the indoors. Our only regret was not staying longer. The room was cozy, and the atmosphere throughout the property was simply magical. The food was delicious and memorable the attentive service from the hotel and the restaurant made us feel truly appreciated. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I wish I remembered the names of the staff members. But it’s not so important because each and everyone over there had a smile and super friendly attitude."

"We spent one night there. We had trouble sleeping because the strong wind was whistling through the window with every gust. It's a shame because the room was very pleasant and remarkably clean. The kitchenette was well-equipped for heating dinner. The staff was very friendly. The underground parking was spacious, and we didn't need to unload our bikes from the car to park it. We'll come back when the weather is better."

"Excellent hotel, the rooms have been recently renovated. Impeccable cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast, with a wide choice (sweet and savory) and organic and local products: bread, pastries, cakes (lemon, chocolate muffins, madeleines, brioche ...), crepes and pancakes, maple syrup, honey from a local beekeeper, jams from a local producer, organic chocolate/hazelnut spread without palm oil from the "Nocciolatta" brand, fromage blanc, compote, apple juice and apricot nectar from a local producer, dried fruits, fresh fruit salad; varied and extensive savory buffet: various cheeses, raw and cooked ham ... Free and secure parking (closed at night). Ideal location for the crocodile farm: hotel located in a small industrial area, 5 minutes by car and 10-15 minutes on foot from the Crocodile Farm. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent welcome and the cleanliness of the premises. Congratulations to the entire Caïman team for the quality of their work!"

"So bad that we had to leave and find another hotel. We had ordered the "junior suite"; to access it, we ascended a staircase and hovering and lighting on the attendant's head were wasps. Inside, the smell of closed and mould was distinct. The room was dark and hot. I had read that they provided fans and the nice woman immediately retrieved a fan for us. However, opening the windows and hoping the smell would dissipate we realized we would not be able to sleep with the odor, even though cleaning products were evidently used to try to mask the underlying problem. The lady did offer me another room but this too required access through a mouldy-smelling corridor. That room did seem better but at that point the bloom was definitely off the rose. We asked for a refund and were told it was not possible. I later sent a letter to the director who did not even respond. Oh: The blue waters in the swimming pool posted on the website were green. One could not even see the bottom of the pool. We had been looking forward to the restaurant which also had received good reviews but we skipped that too. Highly un-recommend this unpleasant, greatly in need of renovation and cleansing castle. I feel that we were treated very unfairly; they kept the money and did not provide the service. Lodgers beware."
