"There's a parking garage on basement level, but the front desk staff were incredibly incompetent. I don't know what this hotel was thinking. When I arrived from out of town, my car was parked at the hotel entrance. I got out and asked the front desk where the garage was, and they just said it was in the backyard. I wandered around the backyard for over ten minutes and still couldn't find it. Back at the front desk, I was already very agitated, thinking the hotel was a scam. Luckily, there were a group of customers there—a convoy of cars from Nanjing—who told me how to get there: go out onto the main road, turn right, turn right at the traffic light, and then turn right again to reach the back of the hotel. They said not to go too far; there's a roller shutter door about 50 meters away, and they'd open it for me. I can't take it anymore. I'm still giving it one star. For such a small thing, all the front desk could do was say it's at the back entrance. The more I think about it, the angrier I get; I want to swear. You have a garage? We drivers are begging you! The river view from the room across the river to North Korea is quite nice."
