This is a very professional hotel with excellent service. The hygiene is also great, especially the cleanliness. The environment is very child-friendly, and my kids loved it. The facilities are also excellent, and the bedding is of good quality. The location is very convenient, with a subway station right outside the entrance. It's also easy to get a taxi. It's not as crowded as Chunxi Road, which makes for a very comfortable stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and it was a very pleasant experience all around. I was extremely satisfied with the room; it was thoroughly cleaned and hygienic, with sparkling floors, bathrooms, and tabletops, and no unpleasant odors. The in-room facilities and amenities were comprehensive: the air conditioning, bathroom, and internet all functioned perfectly, and all necessary supplies were well-stocked, meeting all the daily needs of a guest. My breakfast experience was excellent; there was a wide variety of food options, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors – you could really tell the hotel puts effort into its dining. I didn't encounter any frustrating issues during my stay. The environment was comfortable, and the experience was top-notch. Any issues I brought to the front desk were resolved quickly. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful; seeing that I had traveled a long distance, they offered me some fruit. The front desk was very welcoming, always offering water and enthusiastically helping with advice on local transportation and shopping. The room was spacious and very clean, though I didn't take many photos. The breakfast tasted good, and the shredded pork was delicious.

I've stayed here twice, booking the exact same room both times. First, the room is spacious, and the overall layout, including the small coffee tables, is bright and airy, making it perfect for taking photos. Secondly, the TV viewing experience is excellent; the sofa and bed are perfectly positioned, creating that rare, cozy feeling of watching TV at home, which I absolutely loved. Third, the pillows and bed offer the perfect balance of softness and firmness, guaranteeing a very comfortable sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the premium coffee. The hotel facilities are excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and toiletries all provided. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and there was plenty of hot water for showering. The internet connection was fast and stable. Everything is very well-maintained, with no signs of age or damage. It made for a super comfortable stay. I'm very satisfied!

The LOFT room has a well-designed layout, with bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Both floors have 1.8-meter double beds. Downstairs, there's a bathtub and a fully smart toilet. Lighting and curtains are controlled by smart voice. The hotel environment is excellent, with artistic touches in every corner. The staff service is also very thoughtful. After check-in, a butler personally escorts guests to their room. Any issues guests have during their stay are promptly resolved after communicating with the butler. Although the breakfast selection isn't vast, everything is exquisite and delicious. The restaurant staff are very attentive, proactively observing guest needs, making for a pleasant dining experience. Upon check-in, there were welcome fruits, and the mini-fridge had complimentary drinks. The hotel is right next to Tianfu Art Park, making dining and shopping very convenient. The art park is integrated with the hotel, offering many Instagram-worthy spots.

The room was really comfortable and clean, and I felt especially safe in it. The bed was also very soft. The front desk staff and the cleaning auntie were all very nice. When checking out, I wanted to sleep in a bit and take my time, and they didn't frantically call to rush me, which was a huge plus.

I always stay at their place when I'm on business trips. Honestly, the rooms are incredibly clean—you could walk barefoot on them! The beds are just as comfortable as home beds, no complaints. Also, their toiletries are all disposable, which gives me peace of mind. The location is convenient; lines 27 and 6 are nearby. The rooms are fully equipped, and they even offer free upgrades if there are extra rooms available. The service is excellent, and the soundproofing is decent, unlike what some online reviews say. Invoices are readily available. For the price, I think it's excellent value. Highly recommended!
