There was a burger joint nearby, and a supermarket was a five-minute walk away. The Mercure Hotel was fairly standard for its class in France, but overall it was still quite good."

"I must start with my evening meal. It was a wonderful dining experience, good staff and excellent food. My room was quiet and I guess recently decorated except for some reason not the skirting board. 5km from Dijon centre is accectable because of the free and easy hotel parking. If I ever return to Dijon or just passing through I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money."

"This was a disappointing stay, at the end of May with high temperatures the hotel had not switched on the air conditioning which meant the rooms were stuffy and the only way to get fresh air flowing was to have the window open which with the hotel been on a main road in an industrial area of Dijon was not good as there was lots of passing traffic throughout the night. The room itself was pleasant, the bed and bedding was good and the bathroom was nice and up to date."
