"There's poop and trash under the bed. It's disgusting outside. The TV don't work. They have the worst service ever. The bathroom door won't close. The toilet is also wobbly like it's about to break. They also have rat poison on the floor and everything."

"They were very accommodating of my dog, very courteous, and helpful. The room was nicely cleaned and beyond comfortable for my mom, her dog, and me. We were so close to the local restaurants, almost within walking distance. The free coffee downstairs was excellent; great to wake up to. And the beds were so comfortable, we did nothing but sleep, pretty much. Awesome staff and wonderful room make for a 5/5 for me!"
